$12 for…
4 slices of cheese and three slices of bread???
In what universe is thin bread and hardly any cheese worth $11 dollars and change??
Even in *this* economy, and I’m not a cheapskate.
Kneaders you lost your mind, and a customer.
This is Highway robbery.
You should be able to tell that there’s cheese on there.. If they’re gonna be charging over $10, they need to be doing like 6 slices of cheese.

Did a cake class taught by Emily and it was so, so much fun. Super informative, perfect class length, and naturally brought out a lot of creativity with the whole class—everyone’s looked a little different and I could tell people were having fun. I’d pay just for the experience alone but the cake was absolutely delicious, too!

We’ve had a few good things here but yesterday, 3 of us got French toast that was very yucky. The bread was completely dry, nothing like French toast but the outside was overcooked and tasted burnt. It was very unpleasant & no amount of syrup or whipped cream made it pleasant to eat. The employees were so nice but our food was not.

Thank you, kneaders for the yummy burnt expensive French toast that I had to throw away. I mean, it was my own fault for not wanting to bring it back but come on. Whoever boxed this up, did they really think that someone would eat this?

I have had a few bad experiences ordering sandwiches at the Riverton Kneader’s, and I have kept coming back hoping things will be different, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. The last few times I’ve got take out, the scant amount of meat on a $11 sandwich is ridiculous! A sandwich titled chicken salad should be predominantly chicken salad, yet I got so little of it, I was still hungry afterwards. The same thing happened with a turkey cranberry sandwich a previous time even though my order was for a chicken salad sandwich. I’m tired of being disappointed! Why are you so stingy with the meat when your prices are so high?

I don’t know why i buy food from here anymore , the amount of times my food has been completely un eatable. I ordered 3 orders of the French toast and all of them were burnt and unfortunately had to throw them away, I don’t like throwing food away but this I just couldn’t eat. I also ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese croissants which were also cold and the croissant were hard. Won’t be buying from
Here again and don’t recommend

This was my second time in the restaurant and I have had amazing food and service. The french toast and bowl of fruit was so flavorful. It was busy on arrival at 10am but the food came out quickly. The employee at the register was really attentive. Great place to spend the holiday.

Kneaders is our family’s favorite sandwich and pastry shop – hands down. There are other choices within a few blocks including Panera and Cafe Zupas, but these national chains don’t have the quality of food nor as tasty menu options as Kneaders. My only real complaint is that they aren’t open Sundays – our visits to Kneaders would probably double if they were.
During this last visit, we ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich, Chicken, Cheese, and Ham Sandwich, and French Dip. All the sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and taste spectacular – you can’t go wrong with any of these. I also got a side of White Bean Chicken Chili, and my wife’s main dish was a creamy white rice soup in a bread bowl. I have to get the chili every time – I’m addicted. And the creamy wild rice is a new favorite for my wife. One area of improvement needed: the soups are always served lukewarm at best. I’m always nervous about safe food temperature, so most times I have to send it back to be microwaved.
You have to splurge on a pastry as well – it’s part of the reason to come here. You may not have room for it after your meal, but it makes for a great bite of sweetness before packing up the leftover to savor at home! There’s a wide selection from cookies, to cakes, tarts, puddings – and they regularly change out sections so you’ll never get bored with your options.
The dining environment is a bit small and it can get crowded during popular meal rushes, but we’ve never had an issue with seating. It is cozy and never gets too loud.
This last visit, the staff appeared to be new. They delivered one dish at a time to our table about every 5 minutes. We had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the last person to get their meal while everyone else was just staring at their food. For some reason, the bread on the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwiches was greasy – weird, I know. But these experiences were all unusual – it is a reliably 5-star restaurant. To eat comfortably, figure on $20/person.

My turkey bacon & avocado sandwich on the ciabatta bread was absolutely delicious (& of course I had to get a load of pumpkin bread to go! It’s the best! So delicious!) I loved all of the cute fall and Christmas decor & stunning gift baskets in the front entry of this location! (I’ll need to get some for my clients). Lots of beautiful ones on display here! Store was immaculate. Management at this location is also amazing! Very aware of customers needs & very friendly & helpful! One of my favorite locations!

Yum! Two words — FRENCH TOAST. So good! Great that they serve it all day now. Pro tip: they will give you seconds on the FRENCH TOAST making it an even better (and better tasting) deal. I was overjoyed today when a kind employee gave us a free loaf of sourdough bread just for coming in. Score!
