I stopped by this Little Caesar’s on Wednesday, and the experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish! The pizza I got, a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni, was fresh, hot, and satisfying! The Parmesan stuffed crust had the perfect balance of crunch and softness, and the cheese, sauce, and pepperoni were spot on!

I also want to mention the employee, Mya C.; she was super friendly, patient, and made sure I got everything I needed without feeling rushed! Her helpful attitude made the visit even better! Also she’s got a lovely smile!

Great service, great food. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to pick up my order. I walked in and the woman working just pointed at the warmer. I entered my code a few times, but it didn’t work. I told the lady, and she rudely stated, “There is no order with your name.” I told her, “I see it right here.” She pulled it out and said, “Oh, I’m sorry.” I ordered multiple sauces as well and had to ask her for all of them. I specifically ordered three crazy sauces, and she gave me one. I told her I still needed two more, and she, with an attitude, asked how many I ordered, and I told her three. She wasn’t friendly and was on her phone video chatting with someone all while helping me. I will not return to this location again. The food was okay; granted, I waited a bit to pick it up, and one of my pizzas wasn’t even cut all the way through.

This location used to be a quality experience. Today I was met with disgusting food and managers with a lazy and insulting attitude. Never coming back until the lazy managers with the bad attitudes are changed. Went to the next closest location and everything was like what we’re used to. A little further from home so, due to our experience, we’ll be spending less or not at all in the future.

Always make sure to check your box before you leave because they gave me a pizza that has been sitting there and you can totally tell when you open the box. It does not look fresh.

Drive thru. Ordered cheese and mostest…I know the cheese is always a wait which I anticipate. However 20 min later they still didn’t have it. So I walked back in and showed my receipt. They apologized and handed me two pizzas. No big deal. I get home and it’s two pepperoni pizzas. Not happy. Again. I guess no biggie. My cheese kid will have to take off pepperoni. But the worst part is that the box was so greasy as a pizza that just sits there. So does not feel good to be forgotten and then dismissed

My rating is from a dash experience. (Not my dashers fault..) My order was passed 3 times by dashers because of the “long wait” …like fine…fresh pizza. Ok. Pizza comes an hour later (its 0.4 miles away.) AND ITS BASICALLY RAW! I literally had to stick it back in MY oven!!! 2 stars is for the well done bread sticks i received to hold us over until our pizza was ready smh.

This experience was wild. At the window they told me to park in slot one and “it should be coming out, now or I don’t know.” I got home from paying almost $40 to find all three of my pizzas were not cut. One looked like it was flipped upside down. Another had so many ingredients in the center, the bottom of the “slices” had melted into the box and couldn’t come up, and had a hole in the pizza! This has always been my favorite location until recently.

I stopped by to grab a “Hot and Ready” pizza, which ended up being neither. It was ice cold and not a single slice was actually cut properly. Ironically, the Crazy bread was actually hot but still uncut and about 15% undercooked. The zombie working the register didn’t even give me a receipt.

I made it about a block down the street before realizing what I had been given. I immediately turned around and went back. The same zombie was at the register (still wearing the Airpods). I explained that I would like more recently prepared food, without saying a word the worker at the register turned around and walked off. Upon returning I was given a hot (but still poorly made and basically uncut) pizza and another bag of partially cooked and uncut bread. I informed her I was never given a receipt after which she just blankly stared at me. So I left.

I called the manager after leaving and was told “they would work on improving.” That’s it.

After seeing the reviews here, this isn’t a new problem. Apparently, learning to cut a pizza is a difficult skill to master.

Just save yourself the headache and go to a different location, which might be 2 minutes away.
