I’m from out of state and eat hear every year . The food is always great and usually the customer service is also . I don’t think Ive ever been so mad at a situation in a restaurant before . Someone was having a medical emergency in the back of the restaurant and your manager Phillys was a complete disgrace !! she literally had no compassion at all and was walking up and down saying this isn’t my liability. We should be more worried about getting someone help than worried about liability!! She is an absolute disgrace and shouldn’t have a job !!! I’ll give her the same compassion that she gave someone having a heart attack !! She shouldn’t even be allowed to clean your toilets much less be a manager !!!

Anytime I’m visiting my hometown, I stop at Piccadilly on Clearview Parkway. Piccadilly is a wonderful reminder of my childhood.

We were in town to take my Aunt to the Dr..and since our Piccadilly in our sometime closed, we definitely had to stop here. The Food choices were great & we can’t wait to go back. I didn’t even get a chance to take pics, we all ate to fast.. but next time I will.

Sunday 11-29-2020 late lunch. While coming down Clearview we seen the sign Piccadilly decided to stop. I have never been to this location before. Everyone that was in line serving the food was so polite and helpful. The food was way more than what I expected as far as the way it taste. Our waitress was Kat. She was so professional, polite, attentive and helpful. I would definitely return to this location great job. I wrote about 200 reviews so far and out of all of my reviews I very rarely give a five star. Well deserved.

Only drawback to our last visit. Flooring carpet tiles popped up. Looks terrible. Not a good example when you first enter Dinning room.

This is the first time I could not enjoy the food and atmosphere in this restaurant. It is colder inside than outside and because it’s sooo cold in here, I have lost my appetite. I know that the customer is supposed to be right but despite my complaints the manger(s) NEVER came and talk to me about my complaints. I will be seeking for another place to eat that accommodate there customers. Shame on you

It’s been years since I ate at Piccadilly since they don’t have one in my city but when I was in New Orleans for an appt, I wanted some great comfort food and everything was the same as I remember. Catfish is always excellent. You can’t go wrong with that. They’ve got a great salad line and desserts There is something for everyone!

The food is still fairly decent but a far cry from what it was decades ago. I was a regular back in the day when there were multiple choices for dessert. Would love to see the Piccadilly pecan delight come back as well as chocolate chess pie. Nothing but tasteless layer cake w/ skimpy icing. They still have good bread choices but don’t expect butter. The whipped spread is nasty! Does real butter cost that much? Even IHOP serves real butter. On this visit I noticed how much the place needs remodeling. In the meantime it could use a deep cleaning, seriously!

This place is really good. Mac n cheese isn’t amazing though. I love love their crawfish etouffee. It is so so good and especially over the white rice. It’s a meat and two, or meat and three, so you get charged based on how many sides or entrees you have. Fyi, the etouffee counts as an entree of it’s own. My fiance loves their carrot souffle. Definitely come here for some good fresh home cooked food- better than fast food any day. It’s about $12-15 a plate- one entree and 2-3 sides.
