The food was amazing, the lighting and music set a relaxing/romantic vibe. 10/10 would recommend the steak if you don’t like seafood. If you do like sea food I would recommend the surf and turf. Our waitress was very nice and kind, and had the most adorable accent.

We have been in Denver all week up from South Florida and eating everywhere. We were going to come last night to Red Lobster like we do for all special occasions and then we decided on Ocean Prime then at the last minute changed plans to Root Down which was the worst decision ever. The level of reviews for Root Down should be for this Red Lobster. Seriously. This Red Lobster is on top of their game in every way possible and should train others how it’s to be done
We should have came here last night but extremely grateful we made it tonight.
Red Lobster is always perfection in service, food, drinks, efficiency, atmosphere, friendliness, and the vibe check.
The hostess, our server Emily, the young man who brought our our food, the manager were absolutely fantastic
We ordered lobster dip, two caesar salads, one New England clam chowder, one lobster lovers dream, plus the mouth watering biscuits and we were beyond stuffed
Thanks Red Lobster for stuffing our bellies before the airport red eye flight
We love you, always have and always will!

They told us on the phone that we had a reservation. 11 people. We called 2 hours beforehand and they said everything was set. We arrived and were told to wait for more than 45 minutes.
A woman came in after us and was very mean to staff, yet got seated first. We began throwing somewhat of attitude at the poor hostess. Manager Bryan came out and was SO helpful. The cooks and waiters helped set up a table that could fit us all. We revieved 4 free appetizers and a free desert. General Manager woman was also very nice, I didnt catch her name. Food was ABSOLUTELY delicious and every employee was extremely nice. Very happy. Mom had a great 43rd birthday.

First time to this location, will be back! The surf and turf was FABULOUS (delicious and cooked to a perfect medium rare, as ordered), the cocktails were just right, and Emily’s service was friendly, fun and accommodating. Will be back!

Great atmosphere! Very friendly staff.. They messed up on our order 2× but fixed it right away! The manager himself came up to apologize gave us 2 desserts for free and took one of our entree off! So nice of him.. The waiter was amazing and friendly with the our kids! Thank you so much for making today a special Father’s day for us!

Skip this location. We went to celebrate my birthday and father’s day. We went on Saturday to avoid the Sunday crowds, but somehow service was slow even with half the restaurant empty. We ordered the lemon pepper crab legs as part of crabfest. I’m not sure we got lemon pepper. It was basically soft butter spread on the shells. It didn’t taste good. The crab legs were rubbery and full of water. Couldn’t even get the meet out of the shells because it was so flimsy. It was like they just had the crab legs sitting in a tub of water.
I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one is consistently subpar.
Check their machines too because their percentages also seem to upcharge for the tip, which is annoying.
I don’t recommend.

This place has definitely went down hill. The food was horrible when asking for well done meat it came out very bloody, when asked for it to be recooked they put it in the microwave, the reason I know is because the plate was so hot to touch. The kids Mac and cheese was so runny it had no flavor. The waiter was not attentive and kept disappearing he forgot about our drinks and our salads he was very eager for us to pay. When making several mistakes apologizing is best practice it’s good customer service instead of trying to argue on what kind of salad someone ordered. Apologizing in general that the experience with the food was unpleasant and not satisfying because so many errors would have been nice. We definitely will not be coming back…

Last two times we’ve gotten take out it has been excellent !! We order the family meal create your own and are very happy with portion sizes and freshness. Coconut shrimp nice plump and juicy don’t get me started on the sauce you could drink that stuff it’s so damn good

The service was very personal and professional. Clean and the wait staff worked well with each other. Busy yet attentive. The manager made rounds to greet and seek your satisfaction. Food was good and plentiful. Expensive but worth every penny. Alfredo Sauce left a bit to be desired. But other sauces were excellent! We will definitely be back in the near future.
