Trying to understand why every single car in the drive through is pulled out of line and made to wait in alternate spot. Then you get messed up food and have to go in and have your order corrected. When asked why they said because they was waiting on fries or something but nothing is hot. Both fries and nuggets are over cooked. I sadly have to say this is become a normal to society.

Probably the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. FOOD WISE. I went to the drive thru around 10 pm 2/11/26. There were a good amount of cars in the drive thru. I ordered a 20 pc chicken nuggets. I got my food and as I was driving back to my hotel, I decided to grab a nugget to eat. It was soggy, moist, and lukewarm. I thought to myself maybe that was just a bad nugget, so I grabbed another and it was the exact same as the first one. I had to throw it away. The disrespect to serve this disgusting garbage to your customers. This was the final nail in the coffin. I won’t come back to a McDonald’s again. Or at least until yall hired competent and literate workers.

I ordered a quarter pounder and took two bites out of it and threw it in the trash it had the nastiest taste to it. Never get good service here especially with the drive thru. Y’all need to do better.

Ordered a large Big Mac meal & the Big Mac nor the large fry had to Monopoly piece on them!!! So pissed off!!! Food was fresh and hot though but that wasn’t the reason I got it!!!

Incompetent! Not only did the manager give my breakfast order away, he said they couldn’t replace it because breakfast was over and was just gonna leave me empty handed! I asked him to replace it with a lunch meal, and he said he would. After 20 minutes of waiting, the OTHER manager talked to me and said she would handle it. I waited for 20 more minutes and finally got food. I tried to call their phone to get the store number and number to corporate, but nobody is answering. If someone can drop the store number, I can file an official complaint.

McDonalds has always been the most preferred food choice to get for “fast-food”. Meals cooked fast, served within minutes. Awesome staff at this location. Loving the self service kiosks which relates to “self-checkouts” as the customers get to do the ordering. I like having to have my own space when ordering(introvert favorites) than having to order at the register where I would have to look closely at the menu, figure out what should I order. But, in today’s age, technology in McDonald’s has drastically improved customer satisfaction. The amazing mango smoothie & strawberry smoothie, even with whip cream. The pancakes & their delicious syrup. Food is ready within minutes as with being “fast-food”. The only minor concept is the parking lot, which has limited parking for customers wanting to do “inside orders”. Just wanting a much wide parking lot as there is always a huge crowd of customers coming in for dine-ins which is great for the business.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s. Every time I come here I literally have to wait 15 minutes at the last window or park and get left out there. It’s honestly absurd. If we’re waiting that long the food should at least be hot and consistently is not. Also the sassy man manager shouldn’t be a manager with his sarcasm to guests. Really slow, extremely rude, worst McDonald’s experience time after time here

Went through the drive thru. The service is fast. The employees are really kind and nice. It was breakfast and it was really good!
