Decent burgers, we didn’t try anything else. Not the fastest at filling orders. We had to wait awhile for our order to be completed. Others who had ordered after us were getting their orders quicker. Everyone was busy so I’m not sure why this happened.

I don’t know what is going on with this place. It’s probably corporate, but my local one has serious employee issues. It’s like two months and they drove it off Mt Taylor. Not to mention the app refuses to work. It’s across the board issues. The food is standard, but anything else fails massively, and they won’t address it. I tried politely two times before.
This is an updated review. There was a stubborn anti-LGBTQ+ manager there. I don’t know if that issue was resolved.

This was my first time here. When I come into town, I rarely get a 1/4 mile from the freeway. This time, I was spending the night, so I decided to go over the bridge and check put it in the burger spot.
I got there and there were some customers in their cars waiting for their food. While inside, I noticed it was clean and well lit with a handful of teens and two adults. The customer service from the adult lady was pretty good, but the young girl who took my money was either new or didn’t have her customer service skills honed. The actions behind the counter were what you expected.
You can see on the receipt and in the pictures what I ordered. I will say that it was a tasty burger, and I would recommend trying it out. Maybe in the future, I’ll try something else on the menu. I think a place like this could have a chance in California. A little more friendliness and professionalism behind the counter would help. I saw how things change when regulars or family members come in…
Overall, my experience with this burger was a good one.

6/20/25 The food was good but this place is not comfortable to eat. With the stools and small rap around the windows table ba,r It’s about order, wait, and get out. A lot was wrong with my order, I ordered 2 Lot A burgers with one of them green chili. I only got charged for one burger with green chili, and she gave me the burger without the green chili. I ordered 2 Lot A Hotdogs, and she only got one, I ordered a milkshake, but she didn’t get the milkshake. In the end, the cook brought me the green chili in a small container to my truck outside after calling it in and my husband went inside the restaurant twice to get the rest of the order that she didn’t get. I kept seeing 2 guys without Blake’s uniform T-shirt going in and out the back door of the restaurant about 12 times. The girl taking the order was not paying attention and just looked straight through me when ordering, I’ll never be coming here again.

Phenomenal experience. I am not kidding you cannot go wrong at this place. The burritos, the chili cheese fries, burgers. It is truly one of a kind experience you can only get in New Mexico. I want to give a special shout out to the grants lotaburger though because they make everything to perfection. They are friendly. Be patient with them though because it does get crowded. I asked the guy who worked there what he orders and without any convincing at all i ordered it in good faith. He recommended his favorite burrito with the green sauce. It was so good I drove back and ordered another one 10 minutes later. My only complaint is I overate lol HAHA . Just teasing. LOVE YOU GUYS, air hugs. GREAT VIBES AT THIS PLACE.

Mia was rude and dramatic taking my order. I’m just as frustrated and hungry yet she was sighing a lot for messing up my order while taking it. I misspoke and said fries. But I meant the boat w fries (I didn’t know it was called fish boat). She sighed. “Fixed it.” Added TWO orders when she obviously saw just one person order. When the total came around, it was $26 something. I had let her know I just wanted ONE ORDER and she had to get a manager/supervisor to clear the order. When asked by a side worker what was going on, MIA dramatically said SHE DON’T WANT THE ORDER NO MORE. And continued to sigh and be upset w me. I DO want the order. But a drink, large fries, and 2 fish pieces adding up to over $20?!?!? No thank you. And an extra side of Mia attitude? Maybe clock out girl. Go home. Destress. Re-think that cashier life. Cus your customer service was not cute.

To start it off I had called in an order to be picked up before I left my house. I got to the restaurant paid and waited about 30 minutes. The whole time my order was already made. I was sitting in the lobby waiting and waiting then I finally had to ask them again. Once I asked about my order the lady asked what she could me with when she had already knew I was waiting for my order. Once I ate my food the burritos were not good.The staff are disrespectful and nothing but little kids that work there. They are not trained correctly.

Happened by here on a long drive across the state. We got the smaller itsa burgers and a seasonal shake. Our burgers were terrific. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and colorful. The fries were really good. The shake was wonderful.

Stopped in for couple of breakfast burritos…1 bacon and 1 sausage. Had it to go. Waited almost 15 mins for our order. Seems everyone that ordered after us got theirs before us. Dont know why. As we proceeded on with our trip back to AZ. We opened up our burritos and they were poorly wrapped and didn’t look like burritos….instead looked like a flat breakfast sandwich with tortilla. Very little portion. Disappointing knowing we drove all nite from Houston, TX to be back home in AZ. At one time this location was good…dont know when it went downhill.
