I asked for just a foot long hotdog with NO CHILI add mustard and they added both mustard and chili. That’s disgusting!!! On top of that the hot dog was cold, the burger I ordered was wrong, and they almost forgot a drink. They definitely don’t pay attention because it was correct on the receipt. I won’t EVER eat at this location again!!! Do better!!!!!

This place is gets worse every time I go there. They are always out of something. I sat at one of the stalls for about 40 mins total, watching the teenage employees mess around “cleaning the bathroom”, socializing with their friends (who were not employees). Loud laughing and talking about inappropriate things. Then when our food finally came out, it was missing items, resulting in us waiting longer for the worker to run back in and grab our missing items. Then, when I got home and looked at my chili dog I saw this?! A piece of American cheese melted in the bun? Gross. The hot dog almost looked greenish.. but I still took a bite. I spit it out immediately when I saw the discoloration of the hot dog… DISGUSTING!!

Quality is worse than other locations. It’s worth it to drive further to go to a different location. I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve ordered here. Once they got my order mixed up which resulted in a half hour wait, I had to ask the manager what happened to my order. She was rude and tried to blame it on me, and didn’t apologize or offer any coupons.
Just now I ordered grilled cheeses and the toast is almost black from a dirty grill.
Avoid this location.

I’m just always disappointed at this location. Today’s disappointment? I just spent 3.50 on about 3 bites of food.. I ordered a frito chili wrap, like I always do when it’s available, and this thing was less than 1/3 of the size of how they make it at every other location. I did not order the junior, and even if I did, it still would of been a ripoff.

They put way to much ice in my iced cofee. It is soooo watery because of all the ice, apparently this is easy ice. It’s a rt 44 cup and 80% of the cup is ice after asking for easy ice, charge me more I don’t care or don’t have an option for easy ice. This is after all the coffee is gone.

Sonic advertises a pickle meal but fails to deliver on the meal. We were only given the hamburger but charged the whole meal. When challenged they said they were out of the drink and pickle tots. Then let us know and only charge for the hamburger. This place is more worried about smoke breaks then customer service. The food was average at best.

Been a couple years since my ball-looking burrito, tried another burrito and had #15, my large tots was bigger than the burrito…. guess tonight is my last time going for foods, which is really sad. If you’re gonna raise the prices, at least keep the portion the same, not smaller. I didn’t even need both packets of the salsa, one was plenty for the little thing.

Truthfully I was taken by surprise when we received our order. First let me say that the person that took our order was pleasant and curious. No pro less there. Now that I’ve said that let me explain why I was taken by surprise. When our order arrived and we took a look at what was brought to us I was not o ly surprised but quite upset. For the 19.00 we spent for 2 breakfast burritos 2 medium tots and 2 medium drinks I would expect 2 full size burritos. That’s not what we got. Instead we received 2 Miniature burritos that were mostly tortilla. Very upset about it but the good thing is I have the option of never returning to this Sonic again. The service was as I stated polite and curious but not worth the money by any means. Honestly I feel like people are getting robbed now days and it’s disgusting and pathetic to treat patrons that way. Shame on you Sonic. I used to live this place but lately it’s just not worth it.

I went through your drive thru at approx. 1:30 pm on 5/30/25. I ordered a medium coke and a regular order of “crispy” tots. At the window I again requested the tots to be crispy and asked that she let the cook know. She said yes, rang up my order, I paid, and she then promptly handed me my order. Not once stopping to tell the cook about ‘crispy’ tots. The ones I received were definitely not crispy and they had obviously been sitting there for a while.
Train your staff better. Active listening is a key component to effective customer service. When crispy tots was specifically mentioned twice, and to be given an order that was not crispy and it had been sitting there for a while, that is a big failure. While she did offer to ‘fix it’ I didn’t have the time by then for them to make a new batch as I had an appointment to get to. Train your staff.
