Usually our favorite Wendy’s in Knoxville! This time the meat was a little overcooked (charred) and the bacon was RAW. Photo of bacon posted. Only reason the bacon has color is because of the black burger behind it! When held up the bacon was literally see through!

We just needed a quick salad from the drive thru… the person who waited on us was very polite and even though we had to pull over and wait a few minutes for a fresh salad… she was so polite and thoughtful we didn’t even notice the brief delay. It was nice to see such great service and such a friendly face as this location often have young teenagers who are usually less attentive to customers…

Honestly they tried to keep up. And food was mostly alright. They had a lot of customers and some of the employees moved like snails. While others tried to hurry but they looked at cell phone and where distracted by there personal lives. One customer in drive thru came and asked for a refund. My nuggets where room temp. Fry’s where good burger meat was warm at best. Won’t go back for a while. Like most fast food one experience will be like this then a few months later good.

Alisha is awesome, thank you! I’m usually nervous going to Wendy’s late, because the staff isn’t always thrilled to be there. However, Alisha was super friendly and hooked us up with fresh fries and nugs!!! Thanks queen, you a real one. 10/10 ☝️

This Wendy’s served me raw chicken, after waiting for 20 minutes for my food. They are absolutely pathetic in there. I’m usually an advocatehe for raising the minimum wage, but not a single person in there even deserves the minimum. When I entered, person on line before us was already complaining about his wait, the drivethrough wasn’t even backed up, every single employee in there was a disorganized disaster. I watched one guy drop the skimming tool in the frier, a other guy was staring at the floor doing nothing except messing with the broken and floating arbd tiles, I can’t imagine they clean very well. My friends burger sat there for 20 minutes before someone thought to put it in a bag. When I brought my raw chicken back inside, they couldn’t even refund me properly, I left and checked my refund receipt and they refunded me for just the sandwich and not the combo. I’d fire everybody and start over. Absolute trash, I’m not going back to a Wendy’s.

Nastiest $12 meal I’ve ever had. Waited almost 20 minutes for fries that were cold. The worker that brought our food to our cars called one of the customers “pretty lady” and I could tell she was creeped out.

This review is about their breakfast. Not sure why they even try to compete with McDonalds and others. A lot of Wendy’s are shutting down. Biscuit and gravy and sausage burrito were both low quality. Just stick to burgers!

If I could give zero stars I would. It took 10 minutes for them to take order. Then we had to pull over to pick up spot (like everyone else) took 24 minutes to get 2 fries and 10 nuggets. The workers were rude. And the boy that brought our food tossed into my window. I will tell everyone I know to not go to that one and eat! Very disappointed. Good was so bad we couldnt eat it and ended up just throwing it away.

This is not the way I want to handle this but since no one at this location wants to answer the phone at anytime and the voicemail is full, I guess I have no other choice.
On Friday September 12th 2025 at around 1:30PM or so, I stopped in to get some lunch after my chemotherapy session. I ordered the $8 JBC Meal Deal with no garden, Biggie sized with a Lemonade no ice. The 2 JBC’s were completely plain, did not even put the bacon on the burgers, and the Lemonade had ice in it. No big deal, just wanted the management to know the entire story. When I paid at the drive-thru window, I forgot to ask for my credit card back and when I was given my food, I drove away. I did not even realize that I had left my card until yesterday when I was looking for it to make other purchases. When I started looking into where I could have left it, I noticed that there were 2 charges at Wendy’s on the same day… the second order paid for a few hours later and I was only there the one time.
When I went to my bank today, I verified this information and that there were a couple other charges that were tried to be made but they could not get anywhere because they did not have my pin number. The card has been cancelled and the 2nd charge disputed so it is finished. I was not even worried about the $9.70 charge (my bank basically demanded that I dispute the charge), if someone was so hunger that they need to steal to get feed at the place they work… that is kind of sad IMHO. Good luck to that employee and I hope that they have a better day.

I went during the night shift after work. My card kept failing and I just kept having issues. The guy that’s very friendly and super funny and kind. Helped me pay for my dinner and I was so grateful and blessed to have gotten to get my meal. I’ll be there Thursday evening to reimburse him. Ty Wendy’s off ashville hwy
