What a sad experience of a meal, likely the saddest I’ve ever had from a Wendy’s. However none of it was the fault of the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and provided near accurate time on when my order would be ready. So I don’t directly fault them, but indirectly, yes.
Placed my order online with plenty of customization. Going with two different saucy nugs, their regular spicy nugs, a large fries, the fish fillet, and the spicy asiago ranch chicken club. Added extra toppings, took some off, and picked out my sauces. Sadly, a lot of the order was not right.
Neither sandwich has onions as requested, the fillet did not have extra lettuce, pickles or sauce as requested, the “saucy” nugs were pretty dry, and they gave me a sweet & sour sauce when all I picked was four buttermilk ranches. And while not incorrect, the fries were super plain, no salt at all, and not crispy. Like I said, very sad.
The best part were the regular spicy nugs, good flavor, nice heat, and crispy texture. The saucy nugs, despite being kind of dry, did have good flavor where the sauce was found. The fillet was very fresh and crispy, but the lettuce it had was wilted and gross looking. The chicken club was way too salty, mostly due to the bacon, and had a spice that overwrote any of the fried chicken flavor. Lastly, the floppy fries were just that, floppy, under seasoned, and disappointing.
So this location gets a 5 for the nice staff, but a minus 2 for a super underwhelming meal and incorrect order. Come on guys, we can do better.

It’s like every time I show up here the food is cold. The drink is warm with no ice. The employees don’t care. There’s no employees there. You name it a different problem every visit

Well my sandwich that I ordered was absolutely picture perfect like you see in the commercials, I had a hard time eating it because it was only about 50° in the building when the temperature outside was 32! It was too cold, I will not be back to this Wendy’s again!

I ordered from this Wendy’s through doordash and my order was stolen by my driver I then had to repay for my order and tried to contact the store about what happened and they never answered. Every time I go to this place its a problem they have no structure. 0/10 I do not recommend anyone ordering from this place.

I could barely understand the guy at the drive thru. I got home to eat and my chicken nuggets were the dry leftover one, not fresh dropped like that are supposed to do. Figured I stop at th3 Clifton Park location because it was on my way home but never again. I’ll drive the bit extra to the Latham Wendy’s.

The worst Wendys experience my wife and I have had. Employees avoiding talking to customers at the counter due to the digital order units blocking the registers. After 10 minutes my wife flagged down an employee. The employee said I’ll be there in a minute. After another 5 minutes we decided to leave. It seems customer service is no longer a part of Dave Thomas’ legacy. In addition, the burgers were hockey pucks. We will not be back

Nobody here speaks any English, the dude taking my order messed it up and when I pulled to the window gave me someone’s DoorDash order and then took it back from me. Then I got my incorrect food and was ignored further

There is a reason why I hate the drive through and this location is no exception. Ordered two Frosty desserts and neither one came out correctly. I would suggest the person working the drive through speak and understand ENGLISH. I didn’t complain due to time, but I will say this is the second Clifton Park fast food establishment of my list.

I come here late at night (after 12am) since I don’t get out of my own work until then some nights. This place used to be awful for years with anything late night. Not anymore. I can’t speak to daytime as I don’t come here. But for late night fast food they are spot on. I’ve been stopping here for over a year now, at least once every two weeks and have never had an issue. My order is made fresh (even though its the value meue section) and the people working actually act like they want to be there. Unlike the local TBell and McD’s (McD’s only open until 12am). They say thank you. That’s huge. The orders are correct. They talk to you at the drive thru windows. They remember you. For fast food….its like being a regular in a restaurant. Which i can’t say I’ve seen anywhere else. Keep doing what your doing after dark!!
