The burgers itself was good, although the 5$ small lemonade tasted like water. My main complaint is about the service. You can’t customize your food in the doordash app. I’m allergic to onion so I called the store to make sure it had no onion. I assume its some kind of call center because she answered the phone as Dennys, so I had to double check I called the right place. I asked to make sure it had no onion and the girl said “I’ll tell them” and tried to hang up. I asked ” dont you need my name”? And she said “ya sure whats your name”? When I gave it she hung up, she never even asked what I ordered. I knew she wasn’t going to give them the info so I tried calling back 10x and no one would answer the phone after that. When my dasher accepted my order I texted and asked her to please confirm it had no onion, which of course it did, so the dasher had to wait at the store while they remade my food. If im spending 40$ on a burger and lemonade I should be able to decide what does or doesnt come on it. With allergies now a days you should be able to customize your food in the doordash app, and if you cant, then the person answering the phone should be doing their job and making sure they relay that information accurately. They should really rethink who they have answering their phones. They should also make customization much easier than this. We kinda live in the sticks so we doordash a lot, and even though the buger was good I won’t order from here again.I truly hope management sees this and makes some changes to the way they do things. Allergies are serious and should be treated that way because I was about to spend 40$ on a burger and small drink, and I wouldn’t have even been able to eat it. I would not from here again.
