New to this area. Martins has been a great choice for us in the past. However, not this one. First, the staff are not friendly at all. Seemed an inconvenience to take our order. As nice and friendly and understanding as we tried to be, absolutely no reciprocation. The only person that was courteous was a little old woman who was the only one that acknowledged us. Second, À la carte? The board stated a plate comes with hash browns and coffee. We were charged for coffee and did not get hash browns . As we were leaving, hesitantly, we inconvenienced the lady again only to be told.,”everything is à la cart now”. We paid $14 for a sausage gravy, biscuit and coffee. Furthermore, it was Sunday so we chose to eat inside. It was quite obvious this area had been neglected for a long time.Tables, chairs, and floor were filthy. Moving forward to February 18th, today. I decided to return and give them another chance. Everyone deserves that. Service was the same, inconvenienced by my ordering inside, I guess. I chose not to inconvenience anyone more by ordering a $14 gravy biscuit si I chose a chicken biscuit. I have grabbed a better chicken biscuit from Quiktrip for $3. The inside area, tables and chairs still had not been touched, And someone had dumped tobacco all over a table and the floor. There is another Martin’s but it’s on the other side of town. I’ve looked at my receipt, as well as inside, and cannot find any contact information for management. There is no way that my family will ever go back. This is sad. If you hate your job and people, this is America, you don’t have to work there, you can go work somewhere else.

We absolutely love Martin’s! We’ve truly never had a bad experience. The service is consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient every single time we visit. And the biscuits? Always perfect — warm, fluffy, and incredibly consistent. You can tell they take pride in getting it right every time.
One of the things that makes Martin’s extra special for us is how they treat our family — including our German Shepherd! They even make sure he gets his own order of delicious bacon, which just speaks volumes about their kindness and attention to detail.
Great food, wonderful people, and a place that feels like home. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Went through the drive through and requested a plain large bacon biscuit and a large drink. I got up to the window and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked how her day was. She looked at me and never responded. Then when I pulled off, I said have a great day. I got another no response and when I checked my food, I had received a chicken biscuit I then went back to get my food fixed, and when I told the lady that my food was messed up, she looked at me and then proceeded to roll her eyes. She comes back with a half cold bacon biscuit doesn’t tell me have a good day didn’t ask what was wrong with my order. Nothing THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at Martin’s.

My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 biscuits and large order of hash browns. He got home and the bag looked like this. I opened it and the hash browns had just been thrown in the bag and not even the wrapper they put them in! He had to clean to the seat of the car(good thing it’s leather). He called and spoke to the manager… first thing she said are you sure it was something we did? Well… yeah! Next thing she said was I’m just filling and what do you want me to do about it?!?!? And to call corporate… whatever happened to customer service, an act of concern, maybe an apology? Yes sir, I’ll talk to the employees to be more careful… something, anything besides throwing the blame on us! The only thing that helps this is the food does taste good.

Good breakfast option. Biscuits tend to be better than the local fastfood joints. There’s limited inside sitting, but the drive thru usually moves fairly quickly.

The woman at the drive thru was rude. I don’t normally leave reviews but this time I will. The cashier said she didn’t have a mobile order rudely then turned around and there it was. She sounded condescending when she said have a good day. My fiancé is from the area and raves about it. I thought since we’re in town we’ll try it. 10/10 would not recommend this location. My biscuits was dry, bacon floppy, and hash browns was unsalted and soggy. The 1st time we came here about 6months ago we waited 45 mins in line before I said screw it and left. I will definitely not be back to this location.

They are ridiculously slow. If you want to waste your time waiting in drive thru for like 20 to 30 mins for just a biscuit, then this is the place for you. Then, when you ask why the wait is so long, they get frustrated and catch an attitude.

Very rude staff!!! Took over 330 mins to get a BLT with grits. The staff need to find a other job if they don’t like their jobs. I will never come back to this one. Definitely this one cuz they are extremely rude

Dirty and run down building. Could really use a good pressure washing. Inside and out. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting on a burger. If I wasn’t trapped between the building and a curb I would have drove off instead of wasting my entire lunch break for a burger that wasn’t even good and the service was less than competent. Would not recommend.
