What a great place!
I’ve never eaten at a Jimmy’s Egg.
Great Food for Great Prices.
It was bigger on the inside than it looked from the outside.
There were only 2 tables available.
I ordered the 2 egg breakfast off the 55+ Menu.
2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, my side was hashbrowns & I had orange juice for my beverage.
Miriam, my server, was right on top of things.
The wait for my food was less than 10 minutes.
The
women’s washroom was surprisingly large and clean.
Parking was a bit of an issue.
This is right across from Methodist & Children’s Methodist Hospitals & there is a Hotel at the end of the parking lot.
I want to try lunch there sometime, it looks like a good menu.

The food was incredible. We had the pineapple upside down pancakes and a create your own omelet with breakfast potatoes. The waitress was on top of everything, couldn’t ask for better service! No rush to leave or pay! You can see people are comfortable here, there was a customer relaxing reading a book! I wish we could eat here every day!

If I could I would give this place six stars on their service!! The food is quite good, Andy special was reasonably priced, but the service was unbelievable. I had three people bringing me coffee.
Tammie was absolutely amazing. One of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being around. I don’t think my coffee cup ever got below half until I told them I was done drinking it. I would go back just for the service.

Haven’t been here in some time and they did an upgrade. Loved the waffles on the ceiling. Food was amazing! I love their sandwiches and their breakfast omelets are great. Always worth a drop in.

It’s always a good experience at this Jimmy’s Egg. Tammy and Mary are always attentive and pleasant. It appears they genuinely care about their customers. There was a third server whose name i don’t recall who dropped by twice to ask if I needed more coffee.

Ate at Jimmy’s Egg for the first time this morning and was very impressed. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m fairly picky about food. The breakfast burrito was very good and the hashbrowns were pure perfection. Personally, I’d prefer a bit more sausage in the burrito but it was still great. The caramel iced coffee was great. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming.

On Sunday (October 12, 2025 at 1:14PM) I happily chose to go to Jimmy’s Egg with my best friend. As we were serviced by Mary, Mary gave some very disturbing and interesting comments towards us during her visits to our table. In the beginning she said “you know this is like a $20 omelette?” I took offense to that because I did not intend on her managing how I spent my money. Secondly, while taking our order she politely acknowledged me as “darling” then my friend as “bud”. Thirdly, she then said “oh boy oh boy oh boy ..or girl” as she brought out our food. Need I to include my bestfriend is homosexual— I felt completely awful to witness my friend feeling uncomfortable with her insult. Lastly, she reviewed our receipts and said “at least you’re not picky eaters” as she makes another comment saying “you’ve got plenty of veggies”. The insults were endless to our experience and I feel super offended that Mary failed to have pleased us during our time at Jimmy Egg on dodge. I will not recommend this place until Mary is handled appropriately.
