I ordered a $40 filet mignon- medium rare and I received this. This is raw and disgusting. My husband’s chicken/shrimp pasta was good but what a bummer I waited an hour and wasn’t able to enjoy my meal with him. Looks like from previous reviews that they have this issue frequently- If you want a delicious filet mignon go to clinker-daggers or Churchill’s.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT EAT HERE. I went in for my birthday because I REALLY wanted a steak and we were going to the mall anyway. First of all, the host looked upset that we walked in at all, secondly, our server Kelly didn’t want to serve us. She completely forgot our appetizer (which, no big deal, we were just hungry), but otherwise checked on us maybe twice. My steak that I had been looking forward to all day came out very rare instead of medium rare. I love a rare steak! No big deal! But the giant tendon running through the middle made it inedible. I’ve been a server for 10 years so I know what good service/bad circumstances looks like. This wasn’t it. Awful food, awful service. I looked like an idiot, crying at the table on my birthday.

Server was great. Food was ok.
Steak salad was supposed to have Blue Cheese chunks, but we found 2. Steak Alfredo lacked enough Alfredo sauce to keep it palatable. Steak pieces were overcooked. Steak w/Lobster was also a bit chewy. Rib plate was the best offering. Check out pictures.

@ first I had assumed Outback was going to be a mediocre “chain” restaurant experience but was Pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised! This location in the Spokane Valley in Washington State is connected to the valley mall. I was on a business trip from the East Coast and went with a friend from the area for my birthday. AMAZING drinks and after some really disappointing steaks recently at other establishments, I was relieved to be served an almost PERFECTLY grilled steak here! I also ordered a succulent, sweet flavored, juicy lobster tail. Had maple cheesecake for dessert and the blackberry martini.

Overall pretty good. Had one of the best servers I’ve ever had and he was even a shadow at the time, from Boston! Very polite, not overly in your face like some are, quick with everything and funny. The reason for the 4 stars is the food, while great quality, the prices seem high for the very small amounts of food you get. Been to many other restaurants that serve identical things for half the price and twice as much food. Plus the amount of choices was very small barley 2 full pages of menu items and that was it. Highly recommend requesting Ryan as your server!

Steak was rare I asked for medium well done it was still bleeding broccoli had seen better days. My daughter asked for well done her steak was was bleeding still my son in-laws was medium well done some what pink. I didn’t want to send anything back as I’m sure by the way people are something may have been done so I ate it. I won’t be going back. Our server seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was nice an all but just her attention was not where it needed to be. My son in-law has a nice mark on his lower leg where she accidentally hit him with a larger serving plater. The she was like I’m sorry you won’t belive how many times I have done that. really do the know she is like this????? It makes you wonder about going out to eat something any more… You can’t get the cook to cook the food right or get someone to serve with out wondering if they are on something…… I know the other outback is here I’ll try it an pray it’s better. For how much I spent I should have had better food an service…..

Been a regular off and on here for the last few years. Always enjoyed the food, drinks and staff. Last Sunday when my family ate here, we all got food poisoning. My wife suffered 2 days and it’s the worse she’s ever experienced.
It’s unfortunate that we have to write this place off permanently.

Very good food. Was a little confused as to who my server was? I had 3 different ones. Service was great. Huge space for dining. I’ve only eaten at Outback 2x. Both times amazing! Wow the bread is off the charts. I had to stop from eating it because I needed to save room for my steak. Yummy

My husband and I went for an early dinner today. Our server was absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and efficient. However, the food was less than satisfactory. We had shrimp, lobster, and steak. The steak was tough and all of the food was heavily salted.
Over $70 later, that will be our last visit.

Ordered delivery as i wasn’t feeling like going anywhere and the delivery aspect of things was fantastic however there were some areas that ended up being lacking such as the steak being super over cooked on the steak and shrimp alfredo and the shrimp was so over cooked it was crunchy and tasted burnt. The loaded potato soup was good and the side of bread was fun to get. Overall id order again while being super aware. I ordered rare for my steak and got well….so maybe blue rare for medium? Im not sure. I will say i appreciate the serving size for the loaded potato soup as i always feel like when i order soup to go the servings are half of what you get when you dine in and i actually felt like this was equal to or more. Came with sides of butter and i also got extra grilled shrimp; someone elses comment did fit it; the bread underneath the shrimp is just unusually hard and not really edible. Part of this is definitely delivery (a risk you take with boxing food up) but part is just a lack of? We all have off days though so ill definitely try again down the road.
