We were met with lots of warmth! Walking in I knew the food would be good and it was! The atmosphere is relaxed and comforting. The Kalua pork is moist and savory! The pineapple mango coconut drink was delicious, and as a Hispanic who loves mango, trust me yall this drink is the bomb. We received good service and felt great supporting this business. We will be back.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted very warmly. The lady who took my order and brought it to me was very kind. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice and veggies for $13. The food was more than enough to fill me with plenty of leftovers. The chicken was mouth wateringly delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this place absolutely delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Amazing restaurant will be a frequent guest.

Visiting Salt Lake City for the first time and we’re so glad we stumbled upon this gem. Excellent food and service, along with a welcoming environment! Would come back here again 🙂

I’ve Been coming to Mokis since 2009. I’m a loyal customer I always rave about them, but for the last several years they’ve really been disappointing, less and less portions and quality has gone down as well. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. After I stopped for lunch today I think this will be my last visit. This was 10$ and they even forgot the Teriyaki sauce I requested.

I got Poke Bowl and my man got himself a two meat bowl with katsu chicken and teriyaki chicken. Also, we got a Loco Moco. Out of all the food we’ve got I gotta say loco moco was alright. I love Poke but I guess the one I got I didn’t really like it. The fish was little too fishy to my taste. The taste was just off. We spent almost $80 worth of food and I gotta say i was disappointed.

A great, locally owned restaurant with delicious food! Had the teriyaki chicken, Hawaiian salad, and a spam musubi. They even brought out a sample of their Kalua pork (which was delicious!) Everything is fresh and homemade including their sauces. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I cant recommend this place enough. From the people to the food, its amazing and very homey. If I lived closer, Id be here often, but even the 30min drive won’t stop me from coming back and I will be back, for the food, but most importantly the atmosphere and the very friendly people. If you’re thinking about coming, GO, you will regret you didnt try it sooner!

Got a plate with different meats. It was alright. Maybe I’m used to other Hawaiian places but this one didn’t meet my expectations. An example was the rice. It didn’t seem fresh or well cooked. The dessert had too much sugar and the portion was too big. Overall was good but also not for someone on a tight budget.

I noticed right off that the prices in the pictures were not updated. I choked to see much higher prices than their competitors. I ordered a number 10. The ciabatta bun was huge to make the portions look large. The best part was the bbq sauce and tiny slice of pineapple! The pork was mediocre for the price. The macaroni salad has no flavor. The bun drowned out the flavor of the pulled pork (I ate them separately). The tip percentage included the sales tax which is not kosher. For the price it definitely wasn’t filling. I won’t be returning because for the price I can fill up at a competitor’s restaurant for less.

Great experience at Moki’s. Loved the Hawaiian themed food. The Spam Musubi was great. I’ll admit I wish there had been more Spam. The Sticky Chicken seemed a little dry. The Garlic Chicken was excellent. Loved the rice and macaroni salad. Definitely worth the visit.
