Cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Our kids love this play place . Our recent visit was wonderful. There was a very nice man who was maintaining it just as we came in. It looked great! We always clean up after our selves to help keep it clean. It was just extra nice to see someone in the doing a great job.

Workers are amazing now the new manager guy is a waste. Not sure what he even does but stand around. I was in there couple days ago and he had several people in for interviews. We was there over a hour playing in the play land and he never came out for them. As a manager I would thing he should be a role model for what he expects from his employees . There wasnt just 1 there was about 7 people in there for job interview and he was just walking around in the kitchen area.

Every. Single. Time I come to this particular McDonald’s location my order is wrong and/or I spend 20 minutes waiting for them to bring me food. Today it was a simple order: double quarter pounder with cheese and a large fry. What does it take 20 minutes to get that order cooked and delivered to my hand?

Placed order and then had to wait for my fries, which wasn’t a problem. The problem was I paid for a Big Mac,2 Quarter pounders with cheese and a cheeseburger, a mc Chicken, fries and 2 Apple pies. After all that I get home there was no Big Mac in the bag even though it was clearly labeled in the bag. So I thought no problem I’ll call the manager and just get it next time we are there.
I call the number for the store and I get a message saying that the person I was trying to reach doesn’t have their voice mail set up.
Seriously why isn’t there a business phone or some way of getting a hold of the store.
So now I’m out my hard-earned money with no way of getting it back and this is not the first time.

Every time I order there, they mess up the order they give you a frappe with no drizzle. They don’t give you ketchup when you ask for it and they rarely give napkins every time we order from this place we always get disappointed. They forget something you get an order or they forget to give the whole complete.

I hate leaving negative comments. But this is the 3rd place this last month in Crestview that really needs new training or just close. Once again ordered through app. And once again someone can’t read or hates the job. Messed both McDoubles up. It says no mustard/extra onion. Whats on them? No ketchup, mustard, onion, extra pickles, and one with the top of the bun broken half. The other one the same but I guess the ONE patty on the other was big enough. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️. when making complaint I was ignored and employee walked away. Thanks in advance for your amazing ignorance!
This is an update I order on 10/7 with once again can’t read/was put on hold when I called to let them know and when I was back in town can I get replacement of something…..was on hold for a little over 7 mins and still no one got back. So I hung up. Thanks again!!

This was the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s. The employee at the window and taking our order was very nice. Waited a few minutes for a mchicken and small fries. Everything was very warm and tasted the same as every other McDonald’s. I did try the new strawberry shortcake McFlurry which I really liked. Will definitely have it again! Only complaint is they forgot my sweet and sour sauce!
Updated review: I went again and this time got a Big Mac. There was too much sauce so it made me sandwich taste odd. The McFlurry was very well mixed and the employees at the front were very friendly. It didn’t take long to get the food and everything was still really warm when we got it. The inside of the store is a bit dirty (as can be seen in the third photo). Things that people left on the ground and such. They have a play area for the kids and the tables over there light up which is pretty cool.

This McDonalds doesn’t care about ANYTHING. Meaning, they don’t care about customer service, food presentation, food temperature and they don’t care if you use the app and order ahead, you’ll still sit and wait. I’ve parked at their pick up spots to get my order and it’s at least a 20 minute wait and I ALWAYS have to get out and go in to get my order anyway. Best thing about this McDonalds is their Coke. Today I waited after using the app for almost 15 minutes and when I finally got my food it was cold, she had it sitting by the window on a cold blustery day. I have stayed quiet the first 5 times but nothing is changing so hoping that if they get enough bad reviews they might do something. If you order no pickles on your burgers, they will not give you anything but ketchup, they’ve done this to me and my husband multiple times. I’ve even ordered extra onion, ketchup and mustard so we don’t get a dry burger and it still happens. They don’t care and it shows.

Courtney was so rude. She took it apon herself to come over to me on her break as another young lady was helping me. I had a mobile order but the line was extremely long so i went in because all i had was fries and a drink and had somewhere to be. I did the mobile order before my arrival so i wasnt aware of the line being backed out to the road. She couldnt tell me how to cancel the order either, she kept telling me im just gonna have to wait or leave! Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention i waited 25 minutes JUST FOR FRIES AND A DRINK!

The guy manager there, I think his name is Patrick, was just standing around and messing with the workers while there was a rush. With how bad the food was you would think the manager would at least try. Its very disappointing to see a manger like that. I don’t blame the workers whatsoever
