Such a fun place to go. The vibe is so lively. The food is always exceptional. Service is astounding. I wish other places would have service like them. They always have something different to try along with their classic menu that is so yuuuummm! The wait can be a bit long but worth it. The drinks are good and refreshing. My favorite is pineapple mimosa with my brunch. I always try to find something different to eat here and I have not been disappointed yet.

Me and my sister ate at Neighborhood Jam for our first time and it was amazing. We had the Decadent Pig (Candided Bacon) for an appetizer and it was soo good! Our sever was Hannah H and she was as sweet as can be, definitely deserves recognition and a raise. I had the Uptown Benny for breakfast and I was happy as a clam. The place was clean, everyone was so nice and the aesthetic was on point. The manager comp’d us our appetizer because there was a reservation mixup and that was sweet of her. Do yourself a favor and check it out. We’ll definitely be back when we can.

This place was nearly the highlight of our entire trip. The french toast “pardon my french” was the best french toast I’ve ever had with such an incredible combination of fresh ingredients and flavors. The hour long wait was well worth it, especially with the surrounding location giving you a lot to walk around and see while you wait. Our waitress heard it was our first time and blessed us with 2 free coffee coupons for our next trip (which we will be back for), they give you a seating option called “community seating” In which you can sit with strangers for faster seating. We took advantage of this and met some awesome people during our brunch. The service, food, and atmosphere was incredible. I cannot wait for our next trip to Tulsa, so we can visit the Neighborhood JAM.

I stopped in for breakfast with my dad before he headed off to work, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely top notch.
Our server, Kylie, was incredibly attentive and sweet. She took the time to go over the menu with us and made some fantastic suggestions — especially the candied bacon, which was unbelievably good! You can really tell she cares about providing great service.
Everything about our visit exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this place for breakfast — we’ll definitely be back next Tuesday!

Food was extremely good. I ordered the “Cowboy Continental” and the steak was very juicy and tender and had a really good flavor. The eggs and hash brown stew very good also. Got a biscuit and the blackberry jam was really good but the flavor of the apple butter was top tier. Will definitely visit again. Make sure you put your name on the waitlist, it could be awhile before getting in to sit down. (45 min wait on a Friday around 930am).

Shrimp & grits has many strong FLAVORS and many different textures in one bite! The shrimp was bouncy, the grits were ever so slightly gritty, and the mushrooms were tender. I chose a sunny side up egg so the runny yolk makes the sauce creamier.
Crème brûlée is my favorite pancake! The top caramelized bits are fun to chew and the crème itself is light but full. Paired with the tart berries and savory fluffy pancake, it is perfection. Lemon poppy blueberry is my second favorite.
hash browns are thin and very well fried
biscuits are moist
candied bacon is literally stick to your teeth candy that’s bacon
would like less green onions in the shrimp & grits
too peppery in the biscuit gravy and scrambled eggs

First things first finding parking to get to the neighborhood JAM is nothing short of a nightmare. This a side. This place is AMAZING. Service is very attentive and food is delicious. I advise joining the waitlist on Yelp to safe some time.

On the menu is the Okie Benny*. A plate of country diner “à la carte” breakfast fixings, arranged to vaguely resemble the more suave version, Eggs Benedict. Basically, an open face egg McMuffin covered in gravy. The arrangement is a novel idea. The name caters to the Okie vernacular. It was good!
My wife had the Simple Jacks, which were far from simple. These were designer pancakes. They looked like a Tik Tok Content Creator’s bazar effort to make Walmart frozen pancakes more palatable. These pancakes weren’t from frozen though. Fresh hot, and not ordinary; one plain, one Chocolate Chip and one Blue Berry. Check the picture. Unusual, a little on the extreme side, reminiscent of food you might find featured at the state fair. Quite tasty.
Busy place. Expect to wait. We had a big comfortable booth. The service is excellent.

Came here for mother’s Day and been back a time or two. Great food and the best servers ever. Great atmosphere. Jojo and Shawnie are the best. So many great options on the menu it’s hard to pick. Also ceilings are the best 10/10 would sit inside again. I feel secure like the wind won’t blow the building down.

I knew it was gonna be good when there was a (10 minute) wait on a random Tuesday! Honestly was one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever tried. The only problem is it’s located here in Tulsa and not back home in Houston! lol
