Everything was fresh and hot, they got my order correct. I don’t want to make a big deal out of this but my chocolate milkshake tastes like the most god awful protein shake, it taste like raw protein, absent of any chocolate flavor. It’s so strong the whip cream is even over powered by it. It’s very noticeable, and tastes like cardboard with how heavy the protein is. Also yes, I mixed it over and over again to try and remedy the situation but it’s not possible to suppress this level of protein it’s like drinking pennys. Not saying anyone is responsible and I don’t need anything from you, except maybe investigate that for me and other customers sake, because somebody else might care a lot more than I do. Thanks.

McDonald’s always orders my meal right and good, and the inside is open til 12am. There is a 24hr convenience store that sells gas as well on location. There is a lot of foot traffic but its in a perfect location heart of noristown.

Long wait for service even though employees were available, but too busy horse playing. Food was barely warm. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t eat at this location, but I did use the bathroom. Firstly, it was filthy with period blood everywhere in one stall. As I waited for the other stall to open I observed an employee in uniform exit the stall without flushing or washing her hands. And she definitely used the bathroom. I was gonna order after I finished but I couldn’t leave fast enough once I saw that same dirty employee in the back working.

I was in the drive through I had to repeat myself 10 times with what got today and I had to go to the next window and tell the other girl what I got for her to have a attitude with me and I asked for ranch she make or pay for the ranch when it was supposed to be with the nuggets I get they seemed like they didn’t have any care in the world they wanted to be there the nuggets I got was burnt and stale like they have been sitting all day and not getting changed

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Placed a mobile order, app said order was ready. It was not… Employee’s asked 9+ times what my order number was. I ended up waiting over 34min on my food and they got it wrong twice. The whole time 3 of the employees were walking around doing nothing and using their phones.

Nuggets were not fully cooked, fries were soggy, Mcchicken was hard and made with old nasty lettuce, and special order burgers were all made incorrectly. Called store, but no one answered. Waste of money.

The customer service was outstanding!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by employees who obviously cared about making our experience positive. The employees were teenagers/young adults. We were so touched by the experience that we shared this with the manager. It’s unusual to see hardworking teenagers/young adults with such a strong work ethic!! I was visiting from North Carolina. It added another positive experience to my trip!! Keep up the good work!!!
