I was kind of shocked that the manager on shift found it acceptable to eat a hamburger behind the counter while talking to another customer.
I placed my order week ahead online, and still waited 20 minutes to get my food. The burger was good, and good was nice and hot, but I’m not sure what took 20 minutes.

So the tables are still dirty ask the time, and now they have a sign saying no photos allowed. I wonder why…..?

Well basically had a pretty simple order, had a coupon for two bacon cheeseburgers french fries and a medium drink for 7:49. Guess it was my bad because I didn’t check the order before I left but it was missing one of the double cheeseburgers and it was too damn cold for me to go back out tried to call at least four times no one would answer the phone very disappointing.

This place reminds me of being in the inner city of Baltimore only I’m not was paying cash but try to get forced to use a kiosk she was very rude was like put ur order in right there I have something I gotta do like really!? That’s not my problem second time this week I was there n both times this place fell short there always short staffed like they don’t have enough people on the clock to properly run a fast food business my break is 30 minutes don’t have time for that shit I literally walked out n took my business to Wawa they literally have to make my food to order n there faster I won’t be coming back to this location very unprofessional last visit I was there same deal and I let it slide but being I had unacceptable service two times consecutive I decided to leave my review

The woman at the drive thru yesterday morning is the friendliest customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with her one time before and as soon as I heard her voice on the speaker it made my day. She is so nice and happy and her happiness is contagious. She really made my day and set the mood for my whole day! I believe her name is Teresa by the name on the receipt!!!

They have consistently messed up orders which I haven’t said anything about because it’s little things like *No Pickles* and I can just toss them. I just thought “You have it your way”. I have in no way been difficult. I have been patient and calm. The straw that broke the camels back was the huge finger print in my sandwich bun. Poking all the way through. I just tossed the whole order away. Why bother! Nothing will change.

Service, they were very slow but nice. Atmosphere was OK. The food is horrible, the new sandwich on sourdough one side, toasted the other side of the bread not toasted the sandwich was not good.
