This location is THE BEST I have EVER been to. Doesn’t matter if it morning, noon or night, the customer service I receive is TOP NOTCH! ALWAYS friendly. My orders are ALWAYS correct! Service with a smile! I live in Point Place and I will Wait Until I get to Waterville l9cation to order breakfast!

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience During Breakfast Visit
I was dining in for breakfast and placed a mobile order. After waiting about 10 minutes and watching other orders being filled, I asked an employee about mine. Instead of helping, I was yelled at by two employees. When I asked another employee for one of their names so I could report the incident, she quickly gave me her name — which makes me believe that Erika may be a recurring problem. I also noticed I wasn’t the only customer having issues during this visit.

This place is pathetic. Just absolutely pathetic. Employees just do not care. Good job McDonald’s.
Here’s a pic of their fine work. It’s a fish sandwich with a tiny dab of tartar sauce. What happens if you call and tell them they screwed up? Nothing… nothing happens. That’s what happens. Good job being mediocre. Actually that would be a step up.

I ordered a Big Mac meal, when I asked if I could get a flurry instead of a drink with it I was told no as it was a dessert – that is reasonable.
When I pulled up to the window I was handed my drink and flurry (90° out) then told I would be waiting for my food. While still holding the flurry (dessert) out the window I asked if I could have it freshly made when my food was ready, I was told “NO, you already have it”

Drive through usually is quick, but there is one older lady who works mornings who is not friendly more often then not, and absolilulty no help with coupons and seems annoyed when you use them.

I would give it zero stars if I was able. Went to the drive-through ordered. They never said anything again after that for a few minutes and then said oh we don’t have that. I asked a couple questions. Never got an answer after five minutes and getting the horn blown at me. I drove off and went over to Taco Bell.
