We were in OK to visit family and took our very first trip to Braums. We always hear family ranting about how amazing Brahms is and how much they enjoy it. Shout out to the young man who catered to my husband’s very strange dessert request, a strawberry shortcake sundae with brownies!! The guy who took our order did an amazing job . I ordered a brownie fudge sundae and it was sooooo good. I also loved that I could use frozen yogurt instead of regular ice cream. The desserts were 5/5 but the food was kinda what you expect from a fast food chain. 3/5 on the actual food. The fries were pretty well seasoned as well. Will definitely try again when we return.

Always great burgers and fries with reasonable family-friendly prices. Also, their dairy products are the best compared to other stores, and you can’t beat their fast service. However the the female at the 2nd window that was taking the orders, was horrendous. Young girl at the 1st window was a very good representation for Braums. Being born in the late 70’s, I’ve watched this place turn into a complete dumpy fire. Service has steadily decreased the last 2 years. Even after speaking with upper management, employees are either out right rude or zero communication when handing your order to you. This IS A REFLECTION on Braums, as both a corporation and as a family owned business.
