Absolutely terrible experience at this Burger King.
I sat at the drive-through ordering menu for 15 minutes before anyone took my order. When someone finally did, I had to repeat my order multiple times because they couldn’t seem to hear or understand it.
After finally placing the order, I then waited another 15 minutes at the window for the food — and this was with no cars ahead of me in the drive-through and almost nobody inside the lobby. There is absolutely no reason a simple order should take 30 minutes under those conditions.
To make things worse, when I got home I realized they forgot the 4-piece jalapeño bites that I paid for. By that point I was already home and not about to drive back.
And the Steakhouse Bacon Burger I ordered wasn’t even made correctly. What I got was basically a regular Whopper with yellow cheese and onion rings — none of the other ingredients that are supposed to make it the Steakhouse Bacon Burger.
Between the ridiculous wait time, incorrect order, and missing items, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
Avoid this location at all costs. Honestly, you’d be better off driving 30 minutes to another Burger King than dealing with this place.

Horrible customer service! Waited more than 10 minutes at the counter with 4 other customers behind me before I was serviced. Staff saw and ignored us. One guy finally came after 5 minutes and said we’ll be with you shortly, then disappeared. Two women were by the Drive Through register counting money and then came to the register in front me to count money. No greetings from them and totally ignored us. Also, the Whopper I ordered was good, but it was not the new Whopper that’s been advertised and did not come in the new box. Burger King should get Chick-fil-a to train their staff!

Thos is absolutely the worst Burger King ever. I went thru the drive-thru and waited over 20mins to get my food. The guy behind me got his before me. I ended up going in and the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was in the store. Then the female who had my order went outside to look for me and then came back in with attitude asking if someone in store was in the drive thru. Then proceeds to throw my order at me. No have a good day or apology for it taking so long. 3 other people inside store were waiting on their food from the drive thru line. It’s a very sad store. Dirty and dark. Staff extremely unprofessional. The girl that waited on me looked like she was out all night then just went o work. Sloppy clothes, hair all over the place except where it should be. I will never ever come back here. This the second time and the last. This place needs to be torn down and replaced with something better. The owner of doesn’t care about it either bc if they did you wouldn’t have to sit by the dumpster waiting for your food. The building wouldn’t look like it’s going explode. Other parts of the building are just missing defunct needs an overhaul all the way around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY TRYING TO EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 30 Mins for food. 15 mins Standing in line with one person ahead off me, 15 more for food to be cooked. Everyone has a bad attitude. Dirty Restaurant. Only 4 people working plus manager. 4 other employees were on break outside. Terrible….

The drive thru is ridiculously slow. They make you wait to order while they cook the food for the car(s) in front of you, then after you order and pay, they direct you to pull past their window and wait yet again. This is so they can scam their timer system and look like they are getting food out quickly when really we were forced to wait twice, for AT LEAST twenty minutes. The food was fine, exactly what you expect to get at Burger King, but the wait was not.

Absolutely awful. Out of everything. Ordered on the app and still waited 30 minutes. Kids meal toys not available. Out of sprite.
20 minutes went by before they even started making my order while 12 people stood in line. Employees talking to each other within earshot – NOT taking orders until finally requested by the queue.
One of the entry doors is locked with no sign. Staff aren’t rude… but they clearly don’t a damn about what they’re doing. Although if their management doesn’t order inventory – I can’t imagine it’s not just a constant barrage of angry customers.
Third and final attempt here. No idea how this place stays in business.

I have got into an argument with the gentleman making sandwiches. This is a big sanitation issue by making sandwich after sandwich without washing hands without using sandwich paper underneath each sandwich. Sliding the buns on the metal table. I did try to be kind and asked to please use paper wrapping under each sandwich. He wanted to argue with me telling me that the table is clean. This should have been part of there training and is in there handbook. I do hope that this location and this guy doesn’t cross contamination the food made for the customers that can get people sick.

Wait a minute wait a minute, did this Burger King have a makeover in personnel? Every single person that attended to me today was amazing courteous professional enthusiastic I mean I haven’t gone to a fast food restaurant that treated me that good so quickly in a very long time. Waited in the drive thru – no response, but saw a couple sitting at a table in the dining room and figured we might have better luck going in. Both open signs were lit but the doors were locked.
When we approached the door, one of the two sitting at the table sprinted to the back to hide away. The other literally hid beneath the table…next to the window, perfectly demonstrating the art of ‘hiding in plain sight’.
Service: 1 star (because it’s the minimum). Hiding skills: 0 stars.
