The burgers and fries were good. The table we sat at had a ceiling vent blowing cold air at us. This is ridiculous since it was only 22⁰ out. The waitress did not care and was disrespectful.

I loved the salad here but was very cold there. They are small and with doors at both sides of the place it creates a drafty cold condition in the winter. Would not come back in the winter unless just for a take out order.

Not very impressed with this Applebee’s location, the food is decent, but they are way understaffed…. Just went there with some friends the other night and wasn’t real happy with the experience. First it took nearly an hour to get our food, again they’re understaffed but that’s not our problem. Also our waitress was very friendly but not attentive and only paid attention to another table which had 12 people at it and seem to not care about us because there was only three of us. Our waitress kept explaining that she was the only waiter there that night which isn’t necessarily her fault, but also not our problem the restaurant is responsible for having enough waiters on hand to make sure their patrons are taken care of. Not the customer’s responsibility to be understanding of the restaurants shortcomings. After all we are paying them.

Watched the bartender and waitress pour my beer from one glass into another. I asked the waitress what that was all about and she told me the first glass had something stuck to it. So I got a beer that was used to rinse a dirty glass first???? Wasn’t too impressed with the food either.

Absolutely the worst Applebee I’ve ever been too. Every time they open the door, it was absolutely freezing. We had to wear our jackets. It wasn’t even busy and it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Finally when the food came out it was cold. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

I’ve been to many Applebee’s, and this one is consistently well run. The food is delicious and well cooked, and the service here is fast and friendly.
I ordered an “Irresist-a-bowl” tex-mex shrimp bowl and my fiancée ordered the Fiesta lime chicken. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly cooked. The shrimp bowl was loaded with delicious ingredients and the customized perfectly.
Make sure to ask for Dawn, she’s fantastic! Best server I’ve ever had!
