The food was good, but the service was great. Michael was our server and he was outrageously attentive, answered all our questions, kept our glasses of water full, and was genuinely enoyable to talk to. A different server grabbed an empty plate when they saw it on our table. Another server showed me where the bathrooms were when I asked instead of pointing or describing. Seemingly simple things that go above and beyond. It was fantastic to see everyone working together.

Went with my coworkers for our holiday party on 12/12 and Reyes was our server at that event! He was phenomenal as was everything that evening. Liked it so much I went back with my DH on 12/23 and were lucky enough to have Reyes as our server again! We went for Happy Hour and it did not disappoint! Even with it being just before Christmas our server and our food were both outstanding! We had reserved a hi-top table and it had a great view of the street/sidewalk area! It was a beautiful view as snow was lightly falling and the Santa Train went by a few times! If you have a chance to make it over to Gratzi, be sure to ask for Reyes! Can’t wait to go back!

What an amazing dinner with the table side cheesewheel, the wait staff were outstanding, the flavors were great with the salmon Alfredo fettuccine and the zuppa Toscana was a great start! The creme brule was a top tier finish! The waitress was attentive and kind, and the table side cheese wheel specialist was generous and made us smile! Will be back for sure!

Ok, for this area, this place is five stars across the board. Go here, you’ll love it.
Now I’m going to nit-pick. The bread basket is dumb. I went for a romantic dinner with my wife and they put this bread basket on the table that is so tall I could barely see her. And, it had three pieces of bread in it!?!? Are you trying to start a fight? With the money I spent on dinner I don’t think it would bankrupt y’all to bring 4 pieces of bread to a two top!

Our server was absolutely amazing and made our night that much more special. I had the table side pasta and thought the noodles were mushy as can be which is normally not the case so that was disappointing but other then that everything was great!

This was our first time to visit Gratzi to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our server, Maureen, was outstanding in every way! She went over the menu in detail, answering all our questions. To make our decisions easier, she also provided a tablet that showed photos of each menu item along with wine pairings. We started with the Artisanal Salumeria, an assortment of Italian meats and cheeses. Maureen chose the Mezzaluna A Costine Corte with the beet salad as her entree. I selected the Pollo Parmigiana with a Caesar salad. I was impressed that we were never left waiting for the next course from the complimentary Focaccia bread starter to our entrees. Sadly, we had to skip dessert and Maureen packaged remainder of our meals to take home and enjoy the next day. We will be back!

My now fiance, took me to this amazing Italian restaurant on our 1 year anniversary. Very upscale place, even their menus are on a tablet. The food was out of this world. Our waiter, Kale, gave us the best service, food recommendations and helped my fiance set up the perfect proposal. A night I’ll never forget. Thanks Kale and Gratzi staff! Highly recommend.
