What an absolute gem that I found on my travels here! I place to take out order, it was ready just in time. The food was incredibly delicious. Perfectly seasoned curry. They even made the rice ball into a little heart. Lots of veggies and not stingy with the tofu. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful and so unique and full of life! If I had known it was that adorable, I probably would have eaten in, instead of ordering takeout. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and she did not mind reprinting my receipt that I needed for expenses. Wonderful food, beautiful location, would absolutely return here and recommend to friends. Huge selection of healthy food.

The service (thank you Nan) and atmosphere at Ploy Thai are even better than the food (which is great, btw). Today my husband and I shared the Curry Puffs and I had the Tom Kha soup and Larb Gai. He had the Shrimp Fried Rice and Thai Tea. All of the food was fresh and flavorful. We definitely recommend.

Not bad but not great either. $22 for mediocre chicken fried rice. Definitely overpriced. It didn’t have a flavor that stood out to me that says “THAI”. Tasted like any other generic fried rice.

While visiting Tampa we stumbled on this gem – From the food service and atmosphere if We could give them a 10 -wewould !! Everything was incredible fresh and authentic ! Will definitely visit again while in Tampa – if you love a Thai food don’t skip out !! Everyone in our party raved about the food !!

I had the eggplant and scallops. It was delicious.
The server brought me a variety of different chili’s and spicy oils to try on the dish and the rice. It was sooo good. One that I put on the rice (can’t remember the name) was far too hot for me, lol.
I loved the decor and ambiance of the place.

Amazing! Had the spicy crispy duck ramen, Thai tea and came with chicken/rice soup and egg roll appetizer. All for lunch. Atmosphere was perfect, cleaned and we’ll maintained. Staff was friendly. Well definitely come back.
Damn right I came back on 10-14-23 for dinner.
Had the ginger duck($27) and was just as amazing as the crispy duck I previously reviewed. So much food that I had to take a box. Love this place.
