I went here on New Year’s Day and our server was so rude she was in the back corner to the right of the building not on the side where the door is to fo out but she was very rude it was an older lady. Poor service she fat shamed me on my food I order hash browns and mashed potatoes for my sides and she said to me we’re starting the new year off on carbs very unprofessional and also their was a group of older people sitting in front of us and she was complaining about cleaning up after old people but she wasn’t much younger. Terrible place

My wife and I eat here several times a year, and we are really never disappointed. My wife had the fried shrimp dinner, and I had the grilled chicken dinner with mashed ‘taters and broccoli. It was also nice having banana bread as a meal option, as I’m not big on corn bread. Everything was clean and Covid compliant. I never remember to take pics of my meal until I’m half way done, so here’s a screenshot from the B.E. menu. It was almost identical.

Rise & Shine Burger this morning, bacon overcooked, the egg is supose to be sunny side up but came with no yolk and egg was flat and smashed, the hambuger patty was a piece of rubber, after three bites I just could not eat anymore.

Had a bad experience, staff need training. They forgot our order and we didn’t get what we ordered, plus we didn’t get refills, the waitress completely ignored us when she figured out she screwed up.had to get the manger to get help. Won’t be coming back for a while.

My food was ok, the server was nice. I had a nice time until I went to pay. When I got to the counter nobody was there. I watched the hostess and another waitress walk to a register- not say anything to me- and then once the waitress walked away, the hostess waited on another couple. When I questioned it, first thing the hostess said to me was that she is “at her register, that the one Im by is not hers”. After the girls snooty comment to me she continued with the couple and acted like she didnt do anything wrong at all. Seems like the front part is set up for the employees to be rude to people, you know pick and choose which customers to wait on first. There is no sign or way of knowing which register is being used for the day. Make sure you go to the right register or you will get treated like you are less of a person.
