Hard workers, consistent in food quality, service is quick and that is great for this location which had some staffing issues a long while back. When you see the same staff for months to years you know they are hopefully well taken care of and that means happy customers. Thank you to these most often very nice employees.

Not sure what the deal was tonight but Camila in the drive thru was the least pleasant person we’ve met in Vero in the last 6 trips down here. We also waited an extremely long time for our food. We got to the window and the manager asks us what we’re ordered and had us hand the receipt to him. Didn’t end up pulling off until 10:26.

I thought upstate NY McDonald’s were bad….this Vero Beach location tops them. No one at the counter…. they want you to just use the kiosk…. I asked for help and they looked at me funny… we’ll be right with you… after 5 mins I left. No wonder the dining rm was empty…. not 1 customer. I’m done with this chain…

If you enjoy pain and suffering please come to this drive-thru. Every now and then when I decide to go through a McDonald’s drive-thru I’m reminded of why I try to not ever go through a McDonald’s drive-thru.
I’m now pretty certain that McDonald’s does not have any Management on its overnight shifts.
There is one car in front of me at the pickup window and I’m sitting here at the 10-minute mark. I will update as the minutes go by.

As I mentioned above, if you haven’t had much disappointment in your life and you are in need of some, make it to this location!!

Requested to dine in and got the requested table tent. Food was never brought to the table. Apparently, and employee announced my food, but it wasn’t heard and the kiosk didn’t print a receipt. I finally went to the counter and my food was there in a bag and cold and not on a dine in tray. This is the second time this has happened. I will not return to this store!

This place is never good anymore. I NEVER get what I order. They screw something up every time! Fries are never crisp-raw in fact. Don’t ever think they will be fresh. I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food!! Who wants to unwrap their food and take the time to see if it’s what you order. Not me.

Drive-thru,,,,,,Order iced coffee with cream, no sugar. They can’t comprehend how to make it without adding sugar. Go back into the store. I get an iced coffee that looks like milk. You’re better off driving 5 miles to another McDonald’s then going to this one.

I just went to this mcdonalds and the person taking the order didn’t understand english (Im a native speaker). I had to repeat the same item like 5 times and also had to repeat things about 10 times.
I waited 5 mins when I drove up to the window to pay, and the guy was completely lost when it came to using the order machine. He then told me to wait because he had to take another order, then proceeded to leave to the kitchen and got in a fight with the chef. They were both screaming at each other in haitian.
Took a chance, will never go here again and will tell all my family and friends about this incident.

I recently visited this McDonald’s, which has undergone renovations to become fully self-service, with only kiosks for ordering. Unfortunately, despite the upgrades, the experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was the speed. Even with a fully self-service setup, the wait time was long, much longer than expected for fast food. To make matters worse, my order wasn’t accurate, which has happened multiple times at this location. It’s frustrating, especially since this is the only corporate-owned McDonald’s in town, and you’d expect a higher standard.
If you’re looking for a quick and hassle-free experience, I’d recommend being cautious about visiting here. The renovation might look nice, but the service quality and accuracy need improvement.

This place might as well just be closed forever. Open 24 hours, but the doors are locked and drive through is ignored almost every night. Came to pickup an order that was sitting bagged on the counter when I arrived. Gianni ignores drive through customers for 15+ minutes, and then sends them around to (you guessed it!) – LOCKED DOORS to pick up the (now cold) order. Horrible, horrible service. I feel bad for the few employees that actually come there and work. 🙁
