One of the best valentines dinners I’ve ever had with my beautiful girlfriend, our server Jayson was the best server I have ever had. He was extremely friendly, well spoken and respectful. Will absolutely go back again and he has to be our waiter. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness Jayson. Well worth the price of dinner and the experience and ambience.

I just want to shout out my server this evening Edgardo D Today was a rough day at work so I decided to treat myself to dinner at this location to unwind. His service was exceptional!!! After having dinner he brought me my bill. I gave him my card to pay. He returns to the table as says, I’m sorry I was only able to retrieve $30 dollars on your $90 bill. Totally baffled, I look at him knowing I have enough money to pay my tab. I say let me call my bank. After calling the bank, I learned my bank account was Hacked! At this point I’m totally embarrassed He was it’s okay and walked away as I’m on the phone with my bank. Although I was able to resolve the matter, the kindness, patience and empathy he showed during this moment showed me there are still some good people in this world. It was my problem not his however he showed sincere compassion. I had the manager Mr Hicham come over and expressed my gratitude of what a fine gentleman he was! Kudos to Ed!!! I’ll be back!!! And most importantly, THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy a delicious meal and watch football.I started with the best Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives. It was perfectly made and stirred. My steak was exactly medium rare and coated with butter on the very hot plate. Along with the garlic mashed potatoes and salad, it couldn’t get much better. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I enjoy sitting at the bar, and Dilbert, the bartender was the perfect host.

Overwhelmingly salty food. Shrimp claims to be jumbo which is false. Lousy service. To top it off. We got sick. Same company owns Capital Grill. Doesn’t make sense. Capital Grill is great. Same price tag. Do not recommend it AT ALL.

This is probably the best stake house in the local area. I love the T-bone and lobster. Specifically shout out for the great service from William! He’s so nice to take care of us, always offering us delicious food, helping taking pictures, borrowing little toys to our kid. It’s a great family experience.

Decided to bring the family, including our 5 year old son, to Ruth’s Chris for dinner on Friday night before Christmas for an early celebration. For background, he is fairly well-traveled 5 year old and has excellent “restaurant manners” so we were hopeful, but not 100% confident that this would be a positive experience for all. However, I must say that this was one of the very best dinners we’ve ever had. The food was amazing as usual, but it was the welcoming atmosphere and absolute joy that the staff showed our son that made it so special.
Our waiter (Noe A) spoke with our son directly making him feel like a big kid, and although unintentional his kids menu filet was shaped like a heart which made him so happy. And big thanks to the server with the pepper mill who stopped to explain how it worked, gave a demonstration, then let him try it himself.
Truly memorable evening.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we had a great experience. The place was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the décor was beautiful. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger and absolutely loved it—which says a lot because she’s usually very picky! I found the food to be a little overpriced, but the quality and ambiance made it worth it. It was a lovely dinner out for our mother-daughter date night. The area around was great for a walk after dinner 🙂

William was an exceptional server — incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on making our evening perfect. His timing throughout the night was flawless, always checking in at the right moment without ever interrupting the flow of our dinner.
He also took extra care to make sure our steaks were cooked exactly to our liking, checking back promptly to ensure everything was prepared to perfection. That level of attention made the meal stand out even more.

We came to Ruth’s Chris tonight and had an absolutely outstanding experience. William was our server, and he took incredible care of us from start to finish—his service was truly impeccable and made the evening even more special.
We loved the NY strip and shrimp; both were cooked perfectly and paired amazingly with the mashed potatoes. Every bite was fantastic.
For dessert, William recommended the molten lava cake, which had just been added to the menu—and wow. It was so phenomenal that we ordered two to enjoy there and then two more to go! Easily one of the best desserts we’ve had.
