Decided to try after seing Instagram video. Huge mistake 16 dollars wasted on garbage! The potato did not look like the pics. Its a regular size potato split in two halves. The toppings were minimal but the worst is the meat is rotten!!!! Like it was rotting then cooked. Potato had no flavor other than rotted beef had to spit out the bite. The young lady forgot about my to go order it sat on counter till I finally asked if it was mine, and she legitimately didn’t know and I was the only person standing there. No way this place will be here next year

I was really looking forward to trying this place because I’ve seen so many good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a potato with shrimp and asada, and when I received my food, the meat was rotten. What made it even more frustrating was that it wasn’t busy, and I waited about 30 minutes for my order. After that wait, I expected my meal to at least be fresh and safe to eat. I was honestly very disappointed by this experience. I hope the restaurant takes more care when preparing food in the future, because serving spoiled meat is completely unacceptable.

First and last time coming here. I ordered the asada fries with shrimp and waited 40 minutes just to get the wrong order. After waiting even longer for them to fix it, the food was a huge disappointment. The meat tasted off, almost rotten, and had a really weird taste. For $21, I expected way better quality. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at Papas The Loaded Baked Potato and will not be returning.
The biggest issue was the way the owner, Diana, presents herself to customers. She walked around the restaurant giving rude looks and had the worst facial expressions the entire time, which made me feel unwelcome and judged just for being there. Instead of creating a friendly atmosphere, she came off like she thought she was better than everyone in the room. That kind of energy completely ruins the dining experience.
On top of that, the food did not make up for it. The prices are high for what you get, and honestly, the quality just wasn’t there. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the food and service should match — and neither did.
Customer service starts from the top, and it really shows here. Diana seriously needs to work on how she treats and makes customers feel. I won’t be back.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. I’ve tried coming multiple times to try this place and it’s like they’re never open?? It says they’re open until 10? I came at 4 one day, Closed. I came at 5 another, Closed. Today i came At 7 and this lady was just chilling in her car and rolled down her window and said oh were you guys coming to eat? Oh yea we’re closed and just started laughing. Like i dont see what’s funny. I know you don’t care about losing one customer, but it’s disappointing.

First time here. I tried the Asada Baked Potato. It was delicious and a very big portion. We also tried the Asada quesadilla. It was alot bigger than I imagined. The tortilla for the quesadilla tasted homemade, it was amazing. Would definitely come eat here again.

Ordered Randy’s catering for a church Christmas party. The lasagna and chicken alfredo was amazing! The bread and the salad were incredible. Food was ready right on time and packed well. Stayed hot for over an hour. Highly recommend. Price was reasonable for the amount of food.
