This is the worst Panda Express in California. You can’t eat inside even though there are tables available. There’s a sign saying you can’t use the restroom unless you order dinner, but even after I ordered dinner, they still wouldn’t let me use it. The chop suey noodles reeked of rot—completely inedible. This is a terrible Panda—don’t go there, avoid it completely.

This was by far the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
As soon as I walked in, there were signs saying customers are not allowed to dine inside, even though there are tables and chairs available. On top of that, the restroom is not accessible to customers.
When ordering my plate, I asked to sample an item I had never tried before. I usually order the same dishes every time, but I wanted to try something new without risking wasting my money if I didn’t like it. The employee immediately said they don’t offer samples.
When I asked how I was supposed to know if I would like the item before ordering, his response was: “That’s not my problem. We don’t give samples.” This was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Between the lack of basic customer service, the restrictions on seating, no restroom access, and the dismissive attitude, this location completely fails to meet the standards Panda Express is known for.
I do not recommend this location to anyone.

This was horrible. So it’s late on Wednesday, April 20 and I did not feel like cooking. I decided to get my daughter some panda express we rarely eat out. So I go to panda express on Fillmore Street and order my food but I forgot my debit card inside the car. I ran out to get my debit card and when I get back it just seems so weird so I paid for the food and didn’t open it until we got home. I decided to take a bite out of her orange chicken and when I bit into it it tasted funny so I spit it out and noticed that the chicken was raw not completely raw but it was not cooked all the way. Had I not decided to eat one of my daughters orange chickens, she would be sick right now. I definitely will not be back there and I am looking to get a refund don’t even want a credit.

I have traveled all over the world and have never seen such a bad cafe and attitude towards visitors. an employee named Vincent simply kicked me out of the establishment and said that it was impossible to eat here, it was night, and I asked him why he simply said that it was impossible to eat here. but he said it after I bought the food. therefore I do not recommend this establishment. and an employee named Vincent, including. I hope he will be fired for this attitude towards visitors, it is unforgivable

The worst panda in SF the staff is the worst specially the night crew in person or delivery is always wrong everything wrong specially on deliveries why in always waiting 1 – 2 hours for my food and you guys cancel everytime im done with that store is more than ten times forget about the tables and restroom thats not big deal in compare about the service in person and delivery always rude dont answer the Phone cancel everytime im done that store needs a whole supervision
