Came in to pick up an order for a customer, dispite the time it took to get to the store I was there waiting for this order for 20 minutes, I asked about the order and why it’s taking so long to finish 2 sandwiches and some chips. then the deli worker and supervisor decided they weren’t going to finish making it at all. Then I told them I will wait for it anyways and they tried to prevent me from completing any order pick ups to try and spite me. While I was waiting for the next orders because I kept getting more and more and I just unassigned from the one I had earlier they weren’t going to finish making any at all, one employee working the register began behaving out of the ordinary or”unwell”, and started sweeping in my direction, don’t believe me? Watch the entire first video, the rug was covered in dust and mites and she decided to use that as a weapon and kick up as much as she could in my direction, wherever I was standing. Very unprofessional, Very power deranged, unwell staff, I do not recommend dealing with those overnight shift employees they seem to a toxic bunch I called corporate I really hope they investigate their behavior, because it is out of the ordinary and very disturbing.

Just popped in here for a drink on my way to work. I didn’t get any food, so I can’t rate that experience. Store was clean, cashiers were friendly. It was a little busy. This was at 0830. Pumps were full and people were ordering food. No complaints on my end.

Poor management. They need to train their employees better. Poor customer service and very rude. There is one black employee with the ponytail.. She is very rude and nasty. She needs to learn how to speak to customer. If you don’t like the job just quit. Customers are standing waiting for orders for more than 15 minutes. She just stands by the cashier talking. I approached her to let her know, the first thing she said to me ” don’t get closer”. I was like .. i am just letting you know there is no employee at the Milkshake area and people are waiting. Very clean, nicely stocked, it’s Friday night (Saturday Morning to be precise) 3:20am. 10 costumers waiting at the food section for our orders to be made not including online or delivery services orders maybe an extra staff member would make the service more efficient or my panini crispy instead of rubbery and don’t forget the cheese next time pls

The bathroom had zero toliet paper. The place is a mess. Looks like a 3ed world inside this place. Then you walk out to have homeless asking for money. Should be disgusted to run an operation like this.

Clean store. But don’t buy a sub after 8. They have a whole list of what to put on your sandwich and still manage to miss a bunch of things. Previously o ordered a turkey sandwich with a bunch of veggies and pepperoni. I got 2 slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of lettuce on dry bread. Today I ordered my same order. This time I got 1 piece of onion, 3 pieces of spinach. No oil, no vinegar. A pound of mayo. If you must, please check your food before you leave

Isaiah is amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ he has excellent customer service and he made my caramel cheesecake cream smoothie like he was making my own. He definitely put a smile on my face . He turned my experience around because when I came to pick up my sandwich the two ladies behind the deli was having a conversation about a man at kfc?!??…. And looked at me crazy when I just wanted to inquire about my online order. Isaiah can definitely teach them a thing or two.
