Everytime I go to Wendy’s there food is always cold . I e have it mutiple try’s and times to correct it .

Honestly if we begin honest I had no problem with the service easy ,clear but I do have a problem with the food always begin served with no pride in it anymore . Fast food is fast but for a 15$ meal I shouldnt get cold food Charlottesville locations when I come in town to visit are always terrible .
buy a combo my fries are hard as bricks and cold .

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to due to the manager. I ordered 5 tenders. When he (mgr) handed it to me I confirmed w/him that it had 5 in it (I paid $1.80 extra). Instead I received 3 chix tenders and 1 that was no bigger than a nugget. Plus they were clearly refried. Terrible tasting. Manager has no clue of honesty and customer service.

Waited at the drive thru order speaker for 30+ minutes.
Once we were able to order we were told that $4 biggie bite was now $6 instead and was called a biggie bag.
We ordered a biggie bag instead with a Jr bacon cheeseburger, 4pc nuggets with bbq sauce, Diet Coke and a dbl stack.
15 minutes later of sitting at the window the worker came to the window and stated he was “so out of it right now!”
We ended up not getting the soft drink and had an extra jr bacon cheeseburger in the bag.
The dbl stack was so salty we couldn’t eat it, the chicken nuggets were cold and hard as a rock, the French fries were cold.
I suppose if you’re not keen on fast food being fast (overall wait was 47 minutes in the drive thru), staff that appeared to be completely confused and overwhelmed, and playing a game of roulette wether you’ll actually receive the food you ordered and then throwing away the food due to it not being edible then this is the place to stop and spend your day.
I’d recommend McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell/KFC or any other option than this restaurant in Ruckersville.
We will not return again.

I rate 3 stars due to the staff being polite, however beyond that there’s not too much to boast about. Today, not being the first time unfortunately, I received undercooked food. It was too rare for me to feel comfortable eating, and i was overcharged being that it was not the burger i wanted. I got home, and began eating and into my third bite, this is what I saw. I just ask that the worker’s start ensuring that their patties are fully cooked. I advise that you always make sure to check your bag before you go all the way home. Thankyou however for the staff being polite.

Wendy’s in Ruckersville Va. Will make you SICK AS HELL they serve RAW burgers and Chicken and tell you oh we knew the hamburger was raw inside we had turned off the grill, News flash the Chicken was too!!! This is 3 times, 2 different shifts and They all find this very Amusing, when you go back with the Un-cooked food to complain it’s a “Big Joke” She will Not refund your money for this “Crap” you can’t eat either, this female Manager “flat out Lies” in your face her employees drink and eats behind the counter, you know they wash their hands prior to touching people’s food, they lack proper Training and Manners, the Manager will Not Refund your money guess that’s why they fail to give receipts for your order,? I tried 3 different times while staying in Greene Couny -Only to receive raw food Everytime, the burgers and Chicken “Only” appear to be done on the outside, I vomitted, still feel extremely nauseated, had diarrhea after and still feel weak in my stomach, Now I know why the parking lot is Always bare even the drive thru, I wonder how they are still in business ? They park you you’d expect -the order to be fully cooked as long as you wait for it!!! Still feel Nauseous had Only 2 bites of a cheeseburger and, I still can taste “blood”, the young man working said; He knew the burger was not fully cooked. but the chicken sandwich was cooked for

I am calling the Va.Health Dept.. & the Food and Drug Administration to look into Raw meat that’ can be deadly to some people “Salmonella poisoning” is “Real” it. can cause death.: )

Burger was pink and not cooked all the way through. Worker said there were no fries, no coke, and candied almonds could not be removed from salad despite that being an option online. The Summer Strawberry Salad did not come with its dressing.

Food was typical, fresh at least, so maybe that’s what took so long, although the drive thru attendant had me pull up, said he’d bring it to me, and served two people behind me first that was annoying, otherwise, he was friendly, and apologized for the wait.

I’d give negative stars if I could. The service has gone completely down hill, and that’s being generous allowing for pandemic staff shortages. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes just to order, once I got to the speaker I was told they’d be right with me. No problem, it was lunch time, but then I waited at least another 5 minutes all the time listening to every word said for the cars ahead of me because the microphone was left on. I ordered a kids meal and 2 #3 chicken nugget meals with a large coke and bbq sauce for one and ranch and a large sweet tea for the other. I’m then told “I ain’t got coke pick something else” so we chose root beer. At the window I got the drinks and one meal and a kids meal was when I didn’t leave was told I was done. I said ” I should have one more chicken nugget meal” and was told I would have to pull up. Almost 5 more minutes later someone brought out the bag. When I got home 20 minutes later the I had 1 chicken combo, 1 kids meal, and the bag I waited for which contained 8 nuggets, no sauce, and the tea was unsweetened. Honestly this is beyond poor service, the receipt was correct and I certainly was charged for everything but clearly it’s too difficult to pay attention to what is being served. I go there from time to time because there’s not many other choices and it’s something every time but this is over the top. The ONLY positive is the young man who collected the money, he is always polite and professional, even when you hear nothing but chaos in the background. I did attempt to call but no one answers, the management should be embarrassed by this mess.
