Looks like a bit of a dive (no offense intended). It’s is clean and smells good inside! Bar area and simple black tables and chairs in a smallish room. Service was fantastic! Helpful and so fast.
Ordered a med-rare schooner burger with onion rings. Burger was thick and juicy. The onion rings were exactly how we like them with that light fresh batter. They were perfectly cooked. Asked for ranch and she brought it out in individual little plastic cups. That was really good too!
Tap beers poured into an ice cold schooner glass. (It’s like a goblet if you’re not familiar.)
First time there. Great experience. We’ll be back.
Outdoor seating. I saw people smoking out there, so maybe that’s allowed??

A hidden gem in Peoria. Their drink menu is so affordable and their food is amazing! We stop in here sometime after softball in the evening. They recently got a TV on the covered patio, which was awesome to watch the game. We had the Reuben, which was so good, fried mushrooms and the tenderloin could feed at least four people!

Hidden gem! I wish we would of found this place sooner. The food was fantastic. Prices where very fair considering the amount of food you get. The service was great and feels like you’re family while your there. You can tell they care how good the food is as the cook makes his rounds through the crowd and ask everyone how their food is. Can’t wait to go back! Oh yeah, definitely get their famous onion rings!

What a great lunch at Schooner’s today! My friend and I had wings and their famous, delicious onion wings. Angel was our server and she was so wonderful!!! I must go back and take my husband to share their king tenderloin. Good job as usual Schooner’s. Can’t wait to come back!!!

The service is wonderful, the outdoor seating is lovely, and it’s a cozy place for no-frills, basic, pub food. And it might be one of the last remaining restaurants where you can find a burger under $10.
I enjoyed Schooner’s for the vibe and the prices. But, the food wasn’t anything special. It was basic and it was satisfying. We ordered a Schooner Burger, with cheese, and a Horseshoe. I didn’t dislike it, but it was nothing remarkable.
Would come back, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Congratulations on 40 years and for having some of the best wings I’ve had in a few years. These wings are cooked to perfection then tossed in a fantastic sauce. Great atmosphere with very upbeat and friendly staff. The Italian beef wasn’t quite Chicago style it was very tasty though. Enjoy the pictures and remember to smash that like button.

Excellent atmosphere everyone’s so nice. Better get there early. If you don’t wanna wait it sure does pack up quick. We have the whole catfish pound. It was excellent. I believe I had french fries and they were delicious as well. It has been a long time since I had whole catfish Sure glad we stopped by.
