Stopped for a smoothie and an employee named, Josie was super polite and friendly. Confirmed order. Order was made properly. I didn’t have my app ready and she patiently waited and even offered to redo transaction if needed. I would highly recommend this location.

This morning, my family and I visited Tropical Smoothie Café at the Montgomery location. While I generally have a positive experience here, I believe the customer service from the staff could be improved.
I was disappointed with the way the employee addressed my grandmother, who had some difficulty hearing her due to her monotonous tone. Additionally, when we inquired about the sides for our order, she mentioned two options—chips or whole fruit. We chose the whole fruit, and she scoffed, responding with, “I have an apple,” as if an apple isn’t considered whole fruit. While I’m not certain if this is typical, I found the response to be somewhat condescending. Upon finishing our order, the employee proceeded to communicate with us in this manner. After receiving our food, my mother commented that the employee seemed overall bothered by us ordering, and I have to agree. I felt a bit disrespected by her etiquette.
I understand she may have been having a difficult day, but a more professional and courteous approach would have been appreciated. There is room for growth in this regard. Granted, I can say that she worked fast and my food was nothing short of well-prepared.
Ultimately, when I sat down to enjoy my meal, I found my appetite was diminished. Due to this experience, I can only give what might have been a 4-star rating a lower score—more in the realm of mediocrity.

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience at this particular Tropical Smoothie location, where I have encountered several issues, including missing ingredients, potential use of old ingredients, and unprofessional customer service. My most recent visit was marred by a smoothie that tasted like onion instead of the ginger I requested, and a Watermelon Mojito smoothie that was not prepared correctly. When I attempted to call the location, someone answered and hung up laughing, which I found unprofessional. The lack of professionalism may be attributed to the youthful staff. Furthermore, I found hair on the side of my cup, which added to the unpleasant experience. I feel it is essential to inform others of these issues for future reference. Unfortunately, I am currently drinking a smoothie that tastes like red onion from Tropical Smoothie.

Stopped by this morning and ordered the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie (highly recommend). The customer service awesome, clean establishment and the team was able to give me recommendations on what to try based on what I like- this is awesome as I’m not a smoothie person.
They have plenty of options to add to your smoothie depending on your wellness journey, the lunch options are healthy and they have options for the kiddos.
They have a drive-thru, nice inside seating if you want to hang out a bit and an app to order in advance.
I look forward to making this a regular pit stop for me and the family.

For a place that seems to be centered around health consciousness, they’re vegetarian options kind of suck. Yeah they have a couple things but nothing that’s going to make a vegetarian very excited. The other options are perfectly fine but again, if you’re vegetarian looking to try something new and fun, probably not going to find it here.

I had the barbecue chicken wrap and it was delicious. I also tried the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie. Unbeknownst to me and was not listed on this side. It contains bananas so therefore I couldn’t eat it.

The Blueberry Bliss smoothie was good and the Lil Limeberry was kid approved. I had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and it was very good. It had a sweet sauce with a spicy after taste.

I’m giving this place a somewhat good review. For starters, food & smoothies are amazing. Clean restaurant. But a specific person who works here is absolutely disrespectful… I have an issue with her. I don’t know her name but she is the one who is always at the pick up window in the drive thru. She is tall with really long black/brown hair. I ordered my usual at the speaker and once I was done I went up to the next window. This girl for one was making the nastiest face. And for 2, I went to pay and I put a tip on the screen like I normally do. Once I paid fully, she handed me the receipt and had said, that’s all you’re going to tip? I said what do you mean, I’m paying $16 for a meal and tipped you $2. This place is already kinda expensive as it is and i rarely come here. And she goes, well if you have a problem with tipping you should not order food. I go excuse me? So then, she hands me my food almost throwing it and I said you’re very rude and disrespectful.
This girl either needs a wake up call for her boss or this company needs better people.

My husband and I just had the best experience at Tropical Smoothie, and it’s all thanks to Olivia and Natalie! The smoothies were so smooth and all the flavors were blended to perfection.
