I had a fantastic experience at this Arby’s today, all thanks to Tina! It’s rare to get this level of genuine customer service at a drive-thru or counter. She was incredibly friendly, greeted me with a smile, and made sure my entire order was 100% correct and fresh.
Even though it was busy, Tina stayed calm, efficient, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another number. It’s employees like her who keep people coming back. If you’re stopping by, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Tina take care of you. Give that woman a raise!

The service was friendly enough. But it took 30 minutes or more to get two 8 bucks meals. They didn’t say anything about taking a little while or anything. I understand food and how things can get but a quick hey sorry we have a few orders ahead of yours… Idk the food was ok.

I went in with my cousin and when I relieved my food I had cold old fries. They told my cousin that his order would be ready because they had to wait on fries. Mind you he ordered before me. I asked if I could hat fresh fries. The staff said they only made enough for him. He only had a large frie. Now the fourth awful experience I have had at this location.

Well my husband ordered online amd when we go to get it the lights are off in the building went in cause there was people there. As soon as we got to the counter we were talked about in front of us “ordering online is so un-American. ” they never greeted us or spoke to us other than a cook letting us know we would have food soon. The bad part food was horrible still old brown lettuce. It was so horrible the fact they literally talked shit about us in front of us and acted like we did not exist. They were both females and one was a manager of some kind.

My brisket sandwich was not as good as I’d hoped. Half the sandwich had no barbecue and the other half was mostly gristle. There was one piece of onion ring on it, about an inch long, that was it.

It takes 10 minutes for a restaurant with 6+ employees to make 2 sandwiches. It was very disappointing. The place was almost empty. When I got to the table and saw the ham on my sandwich I thought it was wrong and took the sandwich back to the empty counter and asked if it was regular for a $10 sandwich to have a tiny bit of ham and she assured me that it was the correct amount and they will make me a new one. The chicken cordon blue is a sad joke of a sandwich and looks nothing like the picture. When the class action lawsuit is brought,I want in.

10077:This store seems to be having trouble getting it’s wheels going the right way.
The clerk dropped my credit card (accidents happen) Then I was asked to drive around park and wait even though I was the only car waiting. There were no napkins in the bag (customary) and it must have the cooks first day (ham sandwich was a mess)
My 3rd trip since they opened and it’s never quite right.

Counter lady asked if I was Door dash, I said no and she walked away. Stood there with her back turned, doing nothing while I kept saying I wanted to place an order. Someone from the back said “He wants to order” and she finally took my order for 2 shakes. She brought the wrong flavors, had to redo.
They skimped on flavors – could barely taste the Jamocha.
The pavement was nice.
