We came across an amazing restaurant in Staten Island!
Paul the owner literally guides your table through an amazing dining experience.
First comes the hot bread with a bowl of evoo for dipping. Sounds good right? Then we all got a nice side salad to enjoy while we waited for dinner.
Then it happened!!!!! I ordered the Sunday Gravy special!!!! OMG this baby was enough for 4! Rigatoni loaded with meatballs, pork ribs and huge sausage, served with a large side bowl of fresh ricotta! My uncle ordered the scungilli in sauce, delicious. We also got the linguini white clam and an Italian hero.
Everything was over the top! Delicious can’t even give it the credit it deserves. Paul took such great care of us!
Then we had some Italian pizza zeppole omg delicious, espresso and sambuca!
This is my must stop when I drive through S.I.

First time here and the hospitality, service and food is top notch. They treat you like family and every dish came out to perfection. Food is amazingly delicious, Large portions enough to definitely share. Best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. I live in the Bronx and will definitely becoming here from now on every FRIDAY…!

The Owner of Parma is a fantastic ,friendly and a very family guy. The atmosphere inside is great and the food is delicious. The Staff members are fantastic too ! Thank you very much for our dinner.

I recently went to Parma for takeout. The restaurant was busy, so I waited a bit for my order, but the owner came over, introduced himself, and even offered me a drink while I waited — such a nice touch. My two entrées came out shortly after, and they were fantastic. The shrimp dinner was loaded with shrimp, full of flavor, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted amazing. I highly recommend Parma!

Just flew in and on way to our hotel. We were starving and had no idea where to eat for lunch. Drove past this place an swung a u turn to try it out. Boy were we glad we did. Greeted with a warm welcome like we were from the neighborhood and the large sausage pizza was fabulous!

Parma Pizzeria & Restaurant on Victory Blvd is an absolute gem.
The owner is the same owner of Nucci’s, which was on Arthur Kill Road for over 20 years — a place so many of us loved and have great memories of. After Nucci’s closed, he opened Parma, and I finally had the chance to try it.
I have to say, the food and the service were truly amazing. Everything was delicious, and you can feel the same passion and quality that made Nucci’s special.
If you’re in the area, stop by and treat yourself to some of their fantastic dishes. You won’t be disappointed.

Came here couple times while visiting Staten Island for work. Great atmosphere, all the staff great you like family. Food is amazing. Definitely worth a visit and will absolutely come back every time I’m in SI.

The shrimp parm dinner was delicious. Big portion and the shrimp was crispy not soggy like some other places. the sauce was really good too. The lobster raviolis were off the charts. They are getting their liquor license and expanding their seating as per the owner and I am so there for it

My family and I went to Parma for an early dinner after my daughter’s football game. I definitely recommend this place. It has a friendly environment and I love that it’s family owned. I definitely recommend this place. We ordered a lot of different dishes, baked clams, fried zucchini, calamari, 2 pies, and the Sunday dinner. Everything was fantastic but if I had to pick my favorite dish was the Sunday dinner!
