My daughter was getting over the flu and finally building back a decent appetite. We ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Unfortunately there was an unexpected guest in my bowl. I called to have money refunded and they initially only wanted to refund my bowl, and after a bit of back and forth I got all my money back.

Decent location seems clean and orderly, however service could improve. I’ve never been to a Chipotle where they didn’t ask if i’m eating here or to-go. They shoved my tacos together in foil and put into the bag. My fiance ordered first and was at front of the line waiting and the woman told him the total, he said he wasn’t paying because i was, she continued to eye him and repeat the total. They rushed us out of the store, what was planned to be a nice lunch out turned into us walking out the store with our food and taking it home. Pretty disappointed with service and how they just shoved my tacos in foil….you can’t even tell it’s tacos… photo below

The location is very nice and clean. The staff are friendly and give nice portions. However I think the chipotles in Pearland simply don’t know how to season the food with proper amounts of salt and flavor. I was hoping this location would be different but it’s just like the other one on broadway. Very bland.

Very upset with this location. a brother had an long day, been craving some good food just to be disappointed!!! Customer service was unwelcoming they looked at me like I didn’t belong there and like they were closed had to check the time make sure they weren’t closed! Food was another whole problem… rice was so uncooked almost had to book a dentist appointment cause my tooth felt like it was finna chip 🙁 and it was cold. Not to mention the queso was almost the same texture as Play dough. If you ever have a appetite for some chipotle don’t go to this location whatsoever save your time and go to another spot

Thanks for a tasty meal! We stopped in for dinner and wow we were delighted. The line moved smoothly and quickly. All of the ingredients looked fresh. Our food tasted great. I do recommend this Chipotle for a nice meal.

I really had high hopes when I saw them add a standalone Chipotle by my house. This would alleviate me having to deal with the long line and out of “stuff” signs at the 288 location which is wayyyy to much traffic.
It started off very rocky with food being over salted, cold meat and small meat portions at this location.
They got better but as of late they have begun being out of items as well specifically lettuce and veggies. I stopped by around 7 saw they were out and I figured it was because they needed to cook some more veggies so I decided to come back.
I get back 2 hours later after grocery shopping and no veggies. It seems like there may be an inventory ordering issue or something.
Mind you I am okay with them being out of items it happens. But they proceed to make my bowl and then say they are out of several items. So I end up settling when I could have paid $12-15 somewhere that has all the items in stock.
My suggestion would be to put a sign up or express that before I wait in line.
Thee atmosphere is definitely cleaner than 288 but the area where they make the food looked very messy and at time just plain dirty.
The area where they make the bowls is messy as well. Seems like there may need to be periodic wipe downs.
The staff is cool always accommodating, BUT I have seen where they have 1 person taking and making orders and getting overwhelmed.

I really enjoy chipotle a lot, but it seems that this location is not that great. The couple of times that my family and I had a late dinner around 9:30p.m the person that seems to be the supervisor gets bothered for the time we arrived and gives off a certain negative attitude. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. Store hrs say 10:45 – 11p.m on website, certain doors are locked upon arriving and I have elderly family with me. A smile comes along way.

So I waited patiently on the white lady customer with 3 orders and was on the phone getting the orders from whoever. The server is being very generous with her portions, like generous. I step up there and her mood changes to cold as ice, felt like I didn’t belong. Literally put 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl, half a spoon of black beans and sprinkle of cheese. By the way, the white lady’s card got declined 4 times and couldn’t even pay her bill

Hi I am big fan of chipotle but this location is literally disappointing from couple of weeks I have ordered chipotle chicken rice bowl for a takeout.
And chicken was not cooked properly pieces were very hard and similar to chewing a chewing gum and my jaw was aching eating that chicken.
Tip: To make chicken soft and juicy soak it in salt water for 30 min and then marinate.

i literally come to this location everyday on my lunch since they have opened. everyone is extremely nice. i’ve never had a bad order ever. all chipotles have their days where the meat is skimpy and honestly not here. they’re not rude , they’re very polite. you get what you give and they’ve always given 100% customer satisfaction. when i saw the previous reviews i was shocked and had to chime in because no never have i experienced it. i’m currently here on lunch and it’s as always a warm welcome 🙂
