Placed 2 online orders in advance and went to pick up. I received the first one, no problem. The second one was a 1 lb roasted turkey order. i was told they would slice in the back. No problem as I waited for 22 minutes and they forgot my order as others came and went. The young lady upfront asked me if I had received my order yet, and I told her I’m still waiting. She finally went back and grabbed it. If I place an order online and the status states ready, I’d expect it to be a quick pick up. This was not the case as I had multiple people wait in the regular line place orders and receive them.

I have always got a good ham from there, but I brought another ham and it’s dry and hard to cut. It looked old too us. And it’s too hard to cut this time. And it was almost 100.00 dollars. That is worst one I have ever got from there

I’ve never eaten here before but saw some ads on Facebook for the sliders and really wanted to try them. Looked online and saw that they close at 6. Got there at 5:20 and tried to order the ham sliders only for the girl to tell me they had already shut the oven off and she could either give them to me cold or I could order a different cold sandwich. I can make a cold ham sandwich at home. If you’re going stop service at 5 then CLOSE at 5. It’s not like I got there at 5 minutes before close or something. Annoying!!

If you a looking for a sandwich that will change your life they definitely have several to chose from. I mostly recently had them carter lunch for my employees which was great! The reason I am rating a 2 star review is the customer service. The employees (college students and teenagers) are very unprofessional. This is my second experience we’re I received poor customer service. The first time I walked in on Friday April 22 to purchase a sandwich. No one acknowledged me. As I stood at the counter several employees were making sandwiches but didn’t acknowledge me. A simple “Hello, give us just a moment” would have been good. After several minutes I placed my order.The drink machine had no ice so I settled with Hot Tea (yuck)
After bragging about The Honey Baked ham sandwich which is AWESOME!!!! On May 31st at 5:30 pm my sister and I decided to swing by and purchase a sandwich right before closing. When I walked in the store the young lady greeted me. I noticed she was wiping down the work station. Everything was already covered and closed up. I told her I wanted 2 honey baked ham sandwiches. She turned around to look over her shoulder as her co worker walked up front from the back of the store. Then she informed me that the oven was shut down for the evening and she would not be able to serve me a hot sandwich. I then left the store. I sat in the parking talking to me sister as I observed both employees lock up the store at 6:00 sharp! This goes to show they shut down early to leave at closing. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Break down and clean up should never affect service. That oven should not close until the store closes. This location is only open from10:30-6 so this does make sense.

GROSS. I was forced to eat this garbage because I received gift cards to this place. 2 slices of ham,stale tomato slice from yesterday( I can tell these tomatoes were not sliced today).The cookie had an acceptable flavor but damn,it was hard a a rock!The buns were DRY.The sandwich lacks flavor. How do people pay for this nasty food??

Came in to order sandwiches to go, the young women working the counter smiled and told our group that they stopped serving sandwiches to get ready for Thanksgiving. 1:10pm in the afternoon and the store is turning away customers. Poor management to turn away business, won’t be back to this poorly run store.

My wife just tried this place for the first time. Service is terrible, our order was not ready like we were told. She had to wait over an hour to finally get our order. The attendant was very rude.
