Took over 25 minutes for them to complete an app order.

None of the staff bothered to greet any of the customers as they would come in. Its Subway so I didnt expect “Welcome to Moes!” But looking up and making eye contact isnt very hard.

Waited a bit as most of the time there was only one person behind the counter. He went in the back a few times, the shelf for online orders remained empty.

About ten minutes goes by, another clerk came in and I finally asked.

His reply was a mere “you can get your chips” as he pushed the sandwich and drink cup towards me before turning his back.

This is a perfect example of why asking for tips before service is extortion instead of part of the transaction.

Avoid this place as this is the second time I have been in here in about three months and is likely to be the last.

On the brightside, the sandwich even cold, was pretty darn good.

Subway seems to be excel at chasing away customers. If there is only one person waiting on your store and you have an order it wouldn’t take a lot of effort to ask if it’s there’s or at least put the order on the shelf so it can be seen.

I experienced racism today at 65 Asylum Street. All I did was arrive early to pick up my order and wait quietly while the older man prepared it. He suddenly yelled at me, called me names, and made me feel terrible just for being a customer. He was calm and polite with everyone else. He yelled at me simply because my order was preordered online and he didn’t want me standing there while he prepared the sub. He even threatened to give me my order back and refund my money. I tried to explain, saying, “Sir, I’m being respectful,” but he ignored me and continued shouting. Was it wrong to simply stand there while he made my order? I didn’t say a word. Please check the CCTV footage at 3:25 PM—this is blatant racism. It’s frustrating that Subway doesn’t even have a proper customer service number to address this issue. I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from Subway!

He even told me not to buy from there again. I asked for the owner’s number and tried to contact customer service, but nothing has been resolved. This isn’t about the money—it’s about the emotional turmoil I had to go through today just for trying to get my food. No one should have to face that kind of treatment. The whole experience has been draining, and it’s hard to shake off the disrespect I faced for absolutely no reason.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment today. Despite negative reviews, I decided to stop by during my break. The woman at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed, talking on her headset while aggressively handling my order. When I questioned her behavior, she mentioned that she was working alone and she was constantly being told she was being rude. She continued to make my sandwich, but I was unimpressed with the service. Unfortunately, I had to witness this unprofessionalism, and I have decided not to spend any more money at this place.

there are two employees there one older gentleman and one slightly younger. the younger one is more friendly than the older gentleman and when I went there it was just the older man and I got a 6 inch tuna and to spend 7 dollars on a sandwich and the tuna I barley taste it because you get two very little scoops that they spread out and you get more lettuce and whatever other toppings that you put on it . I will never go there again.

Bathroom had an out of order sign but I saw an employee disappear into it for abit. I’m fine with not allowing public use but lying to customers isn’t ok. Aside from that the store was very clean and sandwiches were made well.

Wherever you go Subway is Subway, you get the same subs, same cookies , same chips and same beverages. Then what matter really? It is attitude and friendliness of the staff.
I really liked staffs here and the way the serve. They are all very friendly, efficient and humorous. That is why I want to go there again and again.

Quite possibly the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Came in yesterday around 6pm or so for a quick dinner with the family before a show. When we walked in, we noticed that half of the restaurant was closed. When I asked for the reason, the lady behind the counter said, “we usually don’t get customers during this time.” And I asked if they are closing soon, and she said no. HUH?!!??

While waiting for our sandwiches, a female customer asked the staff for the key to the ladies and was promptly replied with, “I don’t know where the key to the ladies is. You have to go to the men’s room instead.” Wow. I was honestly too shocked by her attitude and felt terribly bad for the female customer who looked confused and awkward as she made her way to the men’s room.

Once our subs were made, we asked for cups of water and was rejected. The same female staff said they ran out of cups for water. We then asked if we could use soda cups instead, and she said she can’t give them to us because she will get into trouble for inventory. We even said that we are willing to pay for the cups, but were still rejected. Mind you, we are a group of 4 people and had 2 footlongs and a 6-inch sub and this is the kind of attitude we get?

I can’t even express how appalled I was at the attitude of the customer service here. It’s like our presence is not welcome here at all. And there’s like nobody else around, except for the female customer as mentioned earlier.

Well, the staff definitely gets her wish. We are never ever coming here again. Stay away guys, your patronage is not welcome in this place. I definitely regretted eating here. Should have just walked away. No paying customer deserves this kind of service.
