Do not go here. The entire experience from top to bottom was awful.
We got there around 7:30 p.m. this evening and bought two large sandwich combos, a $51 meal for two. When we walked in, the staff member looked at us while sweeping, rolled her eyes, and was visibly and openly disgusted that we were there. When she took our order, she seemed out of it and couldn’t remember what we were ordering, apologizing multiple times. When we got our cups for drinks, she walked away from the counter, grabbed the broom again, and stared at us giggling THE ENTIRE TIME we were getting our drinks. We made eye contact with her several times and she kept looking at us to the point it made us both extremely uncomfortable.
Our sandwiches came out relatively fast, but the bag was covered in barbecue sauce when the staff member handed it to my partner. We had to wipe it off before we could even put it in the car. When we got home and started eating, the sandwiches were disgusting — extremely soggy and wet. Neither of our sandwiches had lettuce on them, and there were random pieces of lettuce stuck to the sides and bottom, along with pieces of ham on my partner’s sandwich (and he didn’t order ham).
We ended up throwing both sandwiches away because we were worried about how clean things were in the kitchen and didn’t want to risk getting sick. They were truly awful.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I tried to call and no one picked up. I also tried to find an email and couldn’t. We were extremely respectful and kind the entire time we were there. Super bummed.

There are a few different sub restaurants out here in the valley and we have tried them a couple of times and it’s okay. People are always nice, everything smells really good, but we have never really been very impressed. We seen great reviews and not so great reviews, our first time here we went because we heard that it was very good, our experience was all right, the second time was about the same. I would say that if you’re in the mood for a sub sandwich and they are close it’s a pretty decent option.

Waited a while to be served and had to approach the opposite side to ask for help. Cashier was nice but struggled and had to run to the back twice for something when trying to provide my change. Wait, for food wasn’t too long. Love their support for the local Fire Dept. and all their props supporting them. Great atmosphere both inside and out. Didn’t care to much for my sandwich. Felt…. mushy? Had one bite of my Mac & Cheese before my granddaughter jacked me. Will be back for another cause it tasted amazing and just want to confirm.

Food tastes great. But I spent 20 minutes sitting at the drive through window for a singular sandwich. There was no one in line before me, it just took forever to pay and get my food. I didn’t even see an employee to pay for 15 minutes and getting the food took another 5-110 The people are nice, but the wait time is ridiculous. Don’t go if you’re in a rush. Order out / pickup is a better option if you’re wanting to eat quicker.

Ignore the ridiculous bad reviews from the mat-su Karens. I have been patronizing this location since it opened, and the service and food quality has always been top notch. The staff are always overly friendly and I have almost always received my food faster than I was quoted. The couple of times the food wasn’t fast, was only because they were slammed busy, but they still made every effort to provide excellent service. The only bad thing I can say, is twice when I ordered online, I asked for a second pickle and they forgot it. I’ll trade that small mistake for their excellent employees and service any day.

This place is slower than molasses. For some reason it takes them a lifetime to make sandwiches. Not sure what the hell takes so long but it’s unreal to say the least….
Fire the manager and find someone who can do a better job… This is absolutely the worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to.

We ordered and waited an hour for our sandwich. During that time we saw tow people leave due to not being helped and have there order taken. We order food from here probably atleast twice a month. In that time, only about 70% of our orders have been completely correct. It did not matter if we ordered on line or in store. My wife ordered a Cajun sandwich tonight and got some other unknown sandwich. She chose not to tell them as we didn’t have the time to wait another hour for her sandwich. When you get the correct sandwich, they great.
