My boyfriend ordered a cake for my birthday yesterday, the pick up was for today. He called before arriving to make sure it was ready since he was coming a little earlier. After they assured him it was ready, when he arrived, the cake was no where to be found. None of the workers could find it, it took 15 minutes to get the manager. Then come to find out they put the order in the wrong pile??? so the cake was NEVER MADE when it was supposed to be ready for pick up today. Very HORRIBLE experience and service. Gave him a cake that was no where near what he had ordered and the writing was even worded wrong. Never will we ever waste money at this store due to the lack of customer service, intelligence and organization. 0/10 do not recommend this place.
