Normally, I would give this location a 5 out of 5 because I love Jimmy John’s. Unfortunately, today completely ruined my experience. I ordered delivery online around 3:10–3:20 PM because I was getting ready for work and didn’t have time to pick it up. Around 3:32 PM, I received a call saying they did not have a delivery driver and wouldn’t have one until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I could wait.
By 4:30 PM, my delivery still hadn’t arrived. At 4:45 PM, I received a call saying my order had been delivered. I immediately explained that I had been standing outside my apartment door and there was nothing there, so it clearly was not delivered to the correct location. I was told they would contact the driver and call me back, which never happened.
I called again around 5:10 PM, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the employee argued with me and insisted the delivery was made to my apartment. She repeatedly said she “didn’t want to argue,” which I understood, but I was simply explaining that there is nothing outside my door besides a doormat. If that is the case, then the delivery was obviously left at the wrong location, and I was only trying to find out where it was actually delivered. She even claimed there were black boots outside my door and that the delivery was left there, which is impossible. At this point, nearly three hours had passed since I placed my order, and I still never received my food. I was patient and understanding about the delay, but the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I am a regular customer at this Jimmy John’s, but this experience was unacceptable.

30 minutes after opening and apparently already soooo busy they couldn’t give me the right sandwich. An hour drive home to find out the Club Lulu with avocado added that I ordered was a chicken Caesar salad wrap, so I way overpaid for gross crap I would never order. Not sure how your job is so hard you couldn’t handle us, and the one other car in the drive thru and the literal zero people you had inside, but we’ll definitely never go here again. Waste of money, waste of time, and everyone that works there is a waste of space.

JJs is one of my favorite spots in town. Best sandwiches. BUT.. I’ve had more than I can count on my fingers times where they’ve forgot my order or messed it up. For instance today, I ordered through the app at 2:52pm.. I checked the tracker and it said it was already delivered.. so I thought maybe they’re still dropping off and they will be here soon. But 3:30pm nothing so I called and they said they delivered to a different address. I said okay no problem. When I finally got my sandwich an hour later I could tell by the feel of my sandwich it was off. I checked it and it was wrong. I order here a lot. And when I ask for extra toppings I mean extra lol I opened my sandwich and there was 4 tomatoes.. no extra vinegar or oil .. no extra onions or lettuce.. etc.. I called and told them I’m sorry to say this but my sandwich is wrong.. I was patient up until the boy said “I made it and I put extra.” I spent $16 and so change for my order with a 20% tip.. i love the sandwiches but NOT the service. Do better guys.

Gave an order and when told the cost I was well aware that it was incorrect as I get the same order every time and everywhere that I go. I cancelled the order. After doing the math the order was exactly 10.00 to much from the places posted prices. Very suspicious to me. Never had this issue anywhere else with Jimmy johns.

We order here multiple times a week and they do a good job. The delivery people are very nice. They even brought us cookies one time for being loyal customers. The food is always good. There are occasionally issues with being on time and getting fine details right (like forgetting a bag of chips) but if we call they always do whatever they can to fix the oversight. I think the shortage of workers has affected them but they work to make up for it.

I have eaten here twice and both times the service was terrible. They literally put 1/4 tsp of avocado spread on my beach club-both times. I get the beach club for the avocado spread. When I questioned this the manager acted as if she didn’t even care. She was rude both times I’ve been here. Not to mention it’s expensive. Won’t be eating here again.

Yes, so this needs an update: If you’re handling food, you might want to clean your fingernails. Reaches for my money, I noticed the nails. I almost drove off! When you hand change, money back it’s best to place it neatly in the customers hands (ugh dirty nails again) and not waded up and dropping coins on the ground. Last but not least, place the food in a bag, don’t hand off loosely wrapped sandwiches…… I’m still trying to figure that out. Food was fair, very, very little meat though. I basically ate bread, the bread was ok I suppose.
You got two stars instead of one because your staff was friendly.
One year ago: The quality is good, service is nice and orders are accurate.
