I ordered a venti iced Dubai chocolate mocha and 1 pumpkin loaf, the lady in the drive thru had gotten the drink wrong at first which is no big deal. I had them remake my drink for me didn’t take long 5 mins tops. I don’t know if it’s just the drink cause I’ve never ordered it before or if they were in a rush or something but this is the worst coffee I have ever gotten from Starbucks, the bottom is full of coffee grains. Who wants a mouth full of coffee grain??? Not me especially when I left a 5 dollar tip for them after all the inconvenience.

I made an order through doordash for mocha cookie crumble and a caramel frap. Both ventis. Each order I recieved, I was given a small mocha frap and venti caramel. Even when I had them redeliver it, Starbucks STILL!!!! gave me the wrong size. It also took 45 plus minutes to get my first order. You guys need to do better. Great way to put a damper on someone’s day because you cant get a simple order correct.

Took 20 minutes for 2 cake pops, 1 cookie and a small cup of milk. The baristas (5) would look at you and go right back to what they were doing and ignore you. No acknowledgement whatsoever.

Thinnest drink carrier ever caused all my drinks to spill, refused to remake my drinks in the drive thru, drive thru girl was very rude, girl at the front knew the drink carriers are bad and still they handed it to me that way. Had to spend a half an hour cleaning my car and now I have to buy new seat covers. Thanks 🙁

There was an extremely long line which isn’t new or that big of a deal but I waited for 5+ minutes second in line because the employee was sitting at the window talking. Even after giving the customer their order, they continued to chit chat and were on their phone while letting a whole line of people wait.

If you want a damn cup of almond milk, this is the perfect place to go. This is the third time we order coffee from here and they forget to add espresso. Not sure how you mess up a coffee like that.

Safford has been needing a SBUX for a long time and I am so excited it’s here! The cafe is gorgeous.
I ordered my drinks through the app and they were ready before the “estimated pick up time,” even with about 15 cars in drive and about 15 people inside as well! Special shout-out to morning crew!
The first time I went to this location my drink was made wrong, but when I asked them to fix it and they were really nice and fixed it right away. Ever since then, my drinks have been perfect. 10/10 experience!

Haft my cup is filled with cold foam! My sister had picked this up for me, I haven’t even taken a sip from this and tell me why I ordered a Venti but seems like I received a Grande with extra EXTRA cold foam. Not pleased….

Worst service by far from any other Starbucks I have been to! I stood there for a good 5min at the register while about 5 workers walked around helping the drive thru or just ignoring me and the guy waiting behind me. Finally I asked if they weren’t taking any more orders? They said they would be with my in a min. After finally placing my order I waited. I got my 2 drinks pretty quick, but then waiting 15 min for my food. Which was just a loaf. I finally asked AGAIN when I would be getting my food. They literally looked up at me and ignored me. Then I asked again and one girl said “I will get it”. Then once she did she tossed it to me across the counter and walked away.
Maybe try training your employees to nicely acknowledge paying customers and when they forget something to apologize and be pleasant!
