I stopped by Dunkin’ this morning and ordered a Dunkin’ latte with an extra shot of espresso, which is something I get almost every morning. When the drink was handed to me, it looked almost completely white, which was unusual because with the extra espresso shot it normally has a darker color.

I politely mentioned that the drink didn’t look like it usually does and that it seemed like the espresso shot might be missing. Instead of checking the drink or trying to help, the employee immediately became defensive and said, “What do you mean? That’s what you asked for.” I explained that I know what the drink normally looks like since I order it regularly, but she dismissed me and said, “I’m not even going to argue with you.”

The situation was frustrating because I wasn’t trying to argue,I was simply asking for the drink I paid for to be made correctly. The response felt dismissive and disrespectful. I hope management addresses situations like this so customers can feel heard when there’s a simple issue with an order.

I should leave a review every morning when I come through about how excellent this crew is. They make my day when I come through and always have my drinks & food hot and ready. I can’t express how grateful I am for them and their smiling faces.

The manager at this location should be replaced. I went in and there were 9 people behind the counter with computer issues. I was just waiting for hash browns. After about 10 minutes a little grumpy manager comes out of the back. I see her out together my order and ask her for it since she put it behind the counter. She cops a major attitude and snaps at me. No customer service. I walked out. She is miserable and has no motivation skills. Her entire staff is just standing around while there’s a line of 8 people and she gets mad at the customer. Absolutely unacceptable. If it was my store she would be fired on the spot. She is killing your business.

The WORST Dunkin in Tennessee! They never get orders right. They take forever. I order snacking bacon about 4 times a week not one time do they put the brown sugar on it like it’s supposed to come. And I ask every time please crisp and sugar the bacon… nope not done. And the coffee is never consistent one day it’s funeral coffee and the next time it’s just milk in a glass. Who ever is the manager should be fired!! And all the workers replaced. Not one person there can do there job

When you go through and order a frozen coffee with extra flavor in it and pay for that order, then get your drink and it doesn’t even have a hint of that flavor in it, it sucks to pay for that. I order the same thing EVERY DAY yet the only time I can actually get what I pay for is early in the morning around 5-6 am when certain employees are there. I wish training on making these coffees were a lot better and y’all actually had to measure stuff out because every single time I come I never know if I’m going to get what I pay for. And my reason for even being a Dunkin fan is because you get more for less than Starbucks.

These ladies are the best! My order is always done well and fast. I’m thankful for the egg bites and hash brown bites that are both gluten free. Their coffee is better than their competition just around the corner.

My order was placed on November 17th at 6:16 AM. They do not care about their customers. This has happened multiple times. Not sure how they expect people to eat a bagel like this. It’s not hard for them to spread the cream cheese. They are lazy and don’t care. I will be going back to Starbucks. Dunkin is a waste of time and money.

I’ve had several bad experiences. You ask for iced coffee they make you hot coffee then argue with you and say you ordered hot coffee. That has happened a total of 5 times . Then they make you pull around to the front and wait for them to fix there mistake. Well this morning I went around waited at the drive thru 10 minutes and nobody even responded. I finally said hello. And they responded. I ordered a simple iced caramel coffee with creamer and sweetener. As usual she puts it on the screen as hot. I repeated myself 3 times telling her I wanted cold coffee. Apparently she didn’t like that she said there’s no sense in this this morning. The customers are always right is the moto( even though we know that’s not always true) Youall permanently lost a good customer with me I’m never coming back. I was a front end manager at Walmart for years and Defoe how to treat customers. I plan on calling corporate also . They need to know how this store is being ran.

These people literally screw up every single order. If you order a glazed chocolate donut they give you a yeast donut with chocolate glaze. I’ve worked at a donut shop before it is not that damn hard

Rude, combative servers at Springfield location on 6/24 at 2pm

Arrogant window guy refused receipt, gave out the wrong order and (gasp!) no receipt to prove otherwise. He kept telling me what I ordered was wrong, and after trying to explain what I ordered, says “He wOrKs HeRe eVeRy DaY aNd ThEy NeVeR bLeNd cApPuCcInOs” (I ordered a frozen/blended vanilla cappuccino, and have at minimum, 10 times before… most recently JUST LAST WEEK. Also, I’ve never seen him sooooo he must be 4 days on the job if he works there “everyday.”) Explaining it’s simply an ICED cappuccino ran through a blender, he gets loud and repeats over and over again “IT IS BLENDED” um.. sir, it most definitely is not. Barely “iced” as it has all of 8 cubes of ice floating on top.

Is the concept of a blender too complicated for this generation?? Maybe I should have more patience for the incompetent….Maybe it’s chalked up to poor training, or simple laziness. Regardless, the service industry isn’t for everyone, and these folks should reconsider.

*let the record show, I poured out the “iced cappuccino” because I’m sure it had spit in it, and it tasted like plain bitter coffee. I popped over and immediately ordered the EXACT same thing from starbucks: frozen vanilla cappuccino, and it was FLAWLESS. exactly what you’d expect, and much friendlier faces.
