My 2 sons had come in the other day and they explained to me that a worker named Sarah was extremely rude and disrespectful towards them. I went in and received the same disrespectful service and was very disappointed and felt unwelcome. We have been going here for years and it’s sad to say that we will no longer be coming back because of the shitty attitude and service of this one employee. This needs to be addressed by upper management before you loose a lot more customers. Very disappointed.

Waited in line for 35minutes. The 1 worker just kept walking around and clearly didnt want anything to do with helping the customer. The other worker was making all the subs and clearly hated his job. Ive never been to a worse Subway. Slowest service and sub was terrible quality.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I placed an online order. I received an email saying it would be ready at 1135am, I go in at 1145AM and I am told they wont have time to get to my order. The order I already paid for. It literally took the lady longer to refund me then it would have taken for her to make my order.

This is the slowest Subway in the area, and none of the employees know how to operate the register or even the toaster. Forger using your rewards points at this location too unless you want to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for the “manager” to come figure it out.
