I pulled into the parking lot and a sense of dread came over me after I saw how long the drive through line was. It was too late though, I was committed.
The guy who took my order spoke clearly and was well mannered. When I got to the first window, he collected my card with a smile and repeated my order to make sure that he had it right, which it was.
At the second window, the girl had my meal ready and waiting, which was incredible, because the line just seemed to be moving too quickly. All of this took place in such a short period of time. I couldn’t get a receipt from the first window and I asked her if it was possible for her to print and she did so with a smile.
Something is happening at this mcdonald’s, and it’s a good thing. And young people should know when they’re doing a good job, and they should know they can win when they’re winning.
Unfortunately, I’m not from this area or I would make this my go to mcdonald’s.

Every time I order food from here there is one of the sandwich or menu item is missing. When I check the food, I corrected them on the spot. Sometimes I forget to check and this time it was the cheeseburge missing (small stuff), it was for my small kid, she cried at home .
They are ignorant! when I called them. They hang up the phone on me multiple times. They were laughing behind. I can hear them.
I am quite sure they are doing it on purpose and on too many customers, it’s probably fun for them.

The fish filet meal had no flavor what so ever. The soda was weird.

Ordered from McDonald’s via Grubhub a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes. This came with a hash brown, a sausage patty, a biscuit, and scrambled eggs. I ordered extra sausage patty, a extra biscuit, added bacon (two stripes), and two apple pies.
Also ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie.
Everything arrived early, driver was polite, and the food was packed in TWO bags – the drink had its own bag. Great so far.
The Smoothie was great and REALLY hit the spot during this hot summer days. The three pancakes, with the whipped butter and syrup, was great. I don’t think there is a way to screw up pancakes and McDonald’s knows how to make pancakes. I was surprised by the biscuits which were not salty – another plus for me. The two strips of bacon was pretty good, the sausage patties and the scrambled eggs were okay, and the apple pies were perfect. I think they have improved on them since I was a kid. Came with napkins and all the extras. Five out of five.
Update – 2/21/2021 – ordered a deal with this location via Grubhub and have to say I am impressed by the flavor and SIZE of the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken. Very nice. This McDonald’s seems to be the only one in the area that seems to get my order right every single time.
Update – Had to take a star away. Some orders have missing items and sometimes they replace the Tea I ordered with something else that tastes like, but isn’t, Cola. A tad disappointed as it seems all McD’s locations are now all sub-standard. Sad.
Update – the last delivery from this location was so messed up I am starting to wonder if they are just screwing up orders for the fun of it. Had to take two stars away. They screwed up two out of three drinks, forgot the sauces for the nuggets, and my Large Fries were more on the medium size side.
Addition – 8/7/2022 – ordered Big Breakfast with hotcakes with extra biscuit, extra sausage, and extra scrambled eggs. Also sweet tea and iced coffee. Amazingly they got the drinks right and sent me one scrambled egg and one biscuit. Oh, and butter. The rest was not in the bag. I REALLY wish drivers, or the crew at the loaction, checked the order. One star.
Update – accidently ordered from this McD. Three items out of the order was missing and one item that should have been warm was cold. They REALLY should remove this location from Grubhub and other third party deliver services.
Update – ordered from this location by accident. They got the order right. Added one star.

Not a McDonald’s, don’t eat here. Fries are cold and taste nothing like McDonald’s fries. Bread is clearly not fresh with a weird old taste. Not to mention the 20 minutes wait when they only have 4 orders and rudeness.

No refills on drinks is a frustrating policy for fast food. Food was average Mcdonalds food. Not bad. Employees weren’t at register, but fast food seems to be moving that direction at a lot of locations.

Disgusting!!!! The service is was rude and lethargic. My Big Mac was swimming in so much sauce and was so soggy I lost my appetite. Fries cold. I thought the mc chicken would save the day but the lettuce looked old and spoiled. Never ever ever go to this McDonald’s!

Avoid this location is a mess table’s so duty floor duty . The manager here not have any training or professional training. The employees are joking around a lot but a lot off orders and they are playing around. I told the cashier to clean the table and his said I already cleaned around 1pm and is 7 pm. His response is you already told me 10 times!! This why McDonald’s is down!! I hope Mark the corporation man sees this and stop by to make a visit!!

My visits are normally great. Maybe this is because my visit was just as they were opening. I used the app before heading to the location so more than enough time to prep for the order. Steak egg and cheese on a b8scuit. The biscuit was stall clearly from the day or days prior. Coffee was watered down, that’s the 2nd or 3rd time that’s been the outcome of the coffee.
The hash browns and oatmeal were good. The service was courteous.
I’ll be sure not to be one of the 1st. I anticipated my biscuit would be fresh and hot off out the oven. That was disappointing.
