I’ve always loved Cuban food from this place but yesterday I discovered a unique fusion that blew me away. I tried sushi rolls with a twist – instead of traditional nori, they used crispy fried Mexican tortilla, perfectly paired with sushi rice. The filling was a delicious combination of smoked salmon and fried plantain. The generous portion size was a bonus – eight pieces were more than enough. Each bite was a flavorful explosion that left me wanting more.”

4 1/2 Cubans, two fries, two black beans and rice, and three empanadas. The sweet tea was yummy. I highly recommend The guava cheese empanadas! They were sweet and tangy with crunchy but doughy fried bread. Overall nice local Cuban shop!

We ordered on line which worked perfectly. Love the “free” delivery service. Our food was perfect with every order labeled with their name for easy distributing. The food was perfect with that true spanish flavor and preparation.

Review from a puertorrican, meaning I do know the sazon (haha). First time eating here. I found prices to be fair. Will definitely recommend and I’ll be going back.
• Yellow rice with chicken & black beans: 8/10 – beans needed more seasoning
• Chicken empanada: 10/10 – chicken seasoned amazingly good and it had a lot of chicken
• Beef empanada: 6/10 – beef didn’t have a good taste but the empanada did came with a lot of beef inside
• Sweet plantains: 10/10 – you can never go wrong with these, cooked perfectly
• Ham croquetas: 7/10 – the croquetas were ok, not bad but also not great and the sauce they give you for the croquetas does not go with it, it might pair well with something else but definitely not with ham croquettes

Elena’s is a great spot. I’m from out of town and my family brings me here every time I visit since there’s no Cuban food in my state. I always enjoy the fruit milkshakes and other foods I can’t get at home. Delicious!!!
