Such a nice addition to the neighborhood! This newly opened restaurant shines above others. Ordered an incredibly tasty Brisket quesadilla & Santa Fe Salad with grilled chicken. Flavors for both entrees were so tasty, as well as generous portions. Add in fantastic service & newly opened, this the best Chili’s visit we’ve had in quite some time & we’re thrilled!

Apparently they just opened this week and I couldn’t have been more surprised by how good the service was! Everything went very smoothly and they passed my water refill test with flying colors!!

If I could give zero stars today, I would. Food took 30 min to come, then was not the correct order. Waited another 10 minutes for food to not be good because they rushed and cooked the order. Shrimp were cold, under cooked and taste like they put on the bowl without cooking. Smh. Thank god my daughter enjoyed her pizza and fries bc its her birthday! Thank you Chilis!

i ordered delivery through Doordash, so i expected my food to be cold, especially seeing that it got routed to the Prosper location. But i was optimistic, because the El Dorado location consistently messes up my order, I mean, i guess they are consistent at something. But i shall continue, with my epic review. The enchilada soup was good, according to my wife, but she is sick and her senses are a little off. But happy wife, happy life, empty bank account. My OTC, literally the easiest thing on the cooks line to make, was somehow done wrong. Here i thought, what’s the one thing i could order, that they could not screw up? The staple, the OTC, the OG. Listen, i get it, your AVT is off, your labor is high and your DO is blowing up your email, but ya gotta execute. Oh crap, what went wrong besides ordering from Chili’s. Unless something has changed, the spec on the OTC build, is one Tslice, UNLESS you’re stuck using the smaller tomatoes, which are usually saved for pico and salsa, then it’s two. This way you get a taste of tomato in every bite. Then, i wanted to be healthy ISH so i ordered a side of broccoli instead of fries, because their togo fries suck. Guess what? Their togo broccoli sucks even more, because it came to me completely RAW, with a sprinkle of seasoning on the side. Does the broccoli no longer come with garlic butter? I thought that was only on guiltless platters. But oh well, maybe spec has changed. So, what have we learned here? Chili’s is great, for the consumer that doesn’t expect much and has numbed their palette with tall beers and over priced Presidente’s. Maybe i’m just jaded because I was a MP for the brand years back, and my teams all performed at a higher level, even at the corporate cafeteria (only insiders will get that). It was a nice run, i’ve order 4 times from Chili’s, and only once did my food come correct. Do i expect perfection? YEP, that’s what i paid for. But anyway, best of luck, i only ordered Chili’s because my wife wanted soup and we are kinda burned out on Chick-fil-a. If ya need a class on HOH execution, let me know, im sure i could still run that cooks line, 8 years removed.

I recently visited this new location with my family and was impressed with their service and overall experience. We were greeted at the door with smiles and attended too often as we sat at our booth for 4 (2 adults with 2 young ones). The food came out hot, good and drinks were filled often. We appreciated the evening, excellent service we received and we will be going back soon! 🙂

We had a great experience at Chili’s during my recent visit. The moment we sat down, our server made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable. They were attentive, quick with refills, and checked on us just enough without hovering. You could tell they actually cared about making sure we had a good time, which really stood out.
