My wife and I came by here on our one year anniversary to have some excellent ice cream after our yummy barbecue lunch. They gave us samples of anything that we wanted to try and had lots of flavors to choose from. Very clean and nice place. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area!

We all have our bad days, but that’s never an excuse to be rude to customers. The woman here, ginger hair, glasses, doesn’t even have a name tag was so rude. This was my first time coming here, and I was honestly so overwhelmed by the fact that there’s no line or order when it comes to getting your ice cream and paying. I asked her for a scoop in my flavor of choice and she rudely was like “okay in what?!” “Cup…cone?” I responded to her in cone to which she rolled her eyes and said “okay what kind?!” My boyfriend looked at me in concern due to her attitude towards me. I hate to write bad reviews but first impressions are important. We’ll never be back here. The Ice cream is blue bell, so it was good, no brainer.

Went for some ice cream today told the worker behind the counter they went wanted a chocolate dipped cone also we wanted two different ice cream‘s. The ice cream was good but she did not put it in a chocolate dipped ice cream cone as we asked at first. Ice cream was falling off could not stay up because she did not pack it right and she wouldn’t even look us in the face When we were talking to her Tylenol I will go back again but hopefully it’s somebody else working the counter

My rating is for the fairly good snowcones and the variety of Bluebell ice cream flavors offered. I’d been going there a lot since we enjoy the snowcones and ice cream. But the kids, especially one Hispanic female worker, in particular, started being very rude. She is the main reason I don’t like going here anymore. I tried to get her to stop and explain that I wasn’t complaining, but she kept being insistent. Then, she makes a derogatory comment about me to one of the other boys, and they both laugh. And now that’s the case every time I visit here, just unprofessional and unbecoming of a popular little spot in our little town. Other than that, this is not a bad place at all. They have tons of other selling items that are cute to window shop for.

Lots of choices to choose from. Not a full 31 flavors but close enough. And of course Blue Bell brand is unmatched. Wisconsin girl here and Blue Bell has been my fave since I first tried it. Nice to have a variety of flavors in one place. The Littles were overjoyed.

Scoops has many Bluebell ice cream flavors not found in the grocery store and they also have Hector a most pleasant and respectful speaking young man. He is a real treat compared to some of the unprofessional service we have had in other places. He should be a manager. Thank you, Hector, for making an elderly couple feel special.
