Walked up to pay for my food after having a great day and no one greeted us and the older gentleman checking us out couldn’t even speak to us as he was taking oir money. Then a white couple walked up behind us and asked for a refill and he smiled and asked small or.medium. They never said anything to me about a refill. Poor service can ruin a good meal.

So. The owner/older gentleman that was working today definitely needs a day off. Actually he didn’t speak at all, and wasn’t unpleasant just didn’t smile and was void of all emotion. I ordered a two entree plate. Fried rice still had alot of plain rice throughout. (Wasn’t mixed) and the chi Ken with mushrooms offered me three pieces of chicken,one mushroom, and 9 pieces of broccoli lol. The sweet and sour chicken is good. Oh the the crab Rangoons did not have any crab. My guess is price.. but they were 1.50 each.

Let me start off by saying I go here often on my lunch. Never expected star service and the people serving the food have always been nice. There’s a lady in the back always cooking and always seems to be working hard.
Here’s the tea:
I had an issue today where the register person accidentally charged me an extra entree and I didn’t notice on the receipt until I got back to the car (I parked in the 15 minute food service carry out spot). I walked back in with my receipt a couple minutes later and the lady cooking was upset I came back. She said “it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re being charged right.” The other register person told me to go get my food and I did. Only 9 minutes have passed since I was given my food and lady cooking came up to me and said it’s not my fault you were charged extra, you have to look at what you’re being charged. You leave and I don’t have any idea what you did to it. That’s company policy.” I told her it hasn’t even been ten minutes. She then claimed again she has no responsibility to over what’s charged, and “do you expect me to cook, serve food, and do the money? Can you do that?” I said yes, testing the waters, “then you come back here and do it for one hour and if you can’t you give me all the money.” I mean I was arguing with her for a few minutes over $4, and I decided to cut my losses and just leave. Will I eat there again? There’s a 100% chance I will, but will I always be upset that they took my $4 by mistake? I’ll forget eventually.

It’s ok. Definitely not worth 16.99 for this small amount. Sign said 12.96 for two entrees and a side of rice how it got to 16.99 is beyond me.

Shared a double orange chicken with rice. It was good. We weren’t expecting gourmet food from a mall take-out place, so it was exactly what we expected. Portions, as usual for places like this, were very generous.
