The food is made to order so there is a wait. The employees are friendly and helpful! All the food is delicious! The chicken in the chicken tenders are juicy and full of flavor. I got the chicken and waffles. They have syrup but no butter. The sandwiches both the burgers and the chicken are so good! Their waffle fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. They have self serve sauces and a self serve drink dispenser. They have 3 desserts. I had 2 of them, gonna try the last one soon. They are small but worth every crumb! So delicious. Parking can be difficult to find certain times of day.

so this place has been open for about a month and I had coupons for it that they handed out before their grand opening sitting on my table. so last night I finally decided to give them a try because I’m always a fan of a good spicy chicken sandwich.
I showed up with my coupon hungry and ready to chow down. The sandwich did not disappoint! The texture was perfectly CRISP. The chicken was juicy and the spicy vibes dry seasoning they threw on top with the hot honey was just the right amount of heat! if you’re someone who really likes spicy food but doesn’t want to suffer, I’d say go for that! I also enjoyed their strawberry milkshake to help cool my mouth down afterward! overall the atmosphere was very bright and welcoming of course it being new everything was absolutely immaculate. Customer service was quick, warm, and inviting.

The pieces tasted bone-dry and unseasoned, like they’d never seen a buttermilk marinade. Worse, the oil situation was a mess: burnt crumbs clinging to every piece of chicken and the waffle fries, with that unmistakable smell of oil that’s been pushed way past its lifespan. After a 20-minute wait, the chicken had an odd, stale towel funk that shouldn’t exist anywhere near a fryer. For over $50 (eight pieces, two sides, three cornbreads, and a sandwich but no drinks), that’s unacceptable.
The mac and cheese tasted like it came from a Kraft box, and even the mashed potatoes were flat and underseasoned. It was Saturday at 8pm prime dinner rush, and the place had maybe four other customers while nearby restaurants were packed. That’s not a coincidence. Only three months in and the kitchen’s already cutting corners in ways that’ll catch up fast. The cashier was genuinely helpful and the dining room was clean, but front-of-house can’t save what’s coming out of the back. The chicken, too, is noteworthy for being appropriately seasoned and tender. Bonus points for the menu having all halal certified meats.
If I have one gripe, it may just be related to pricing… I tend not to order sides or drinks in order to keep my meal expense around the $15 point. Still, despite the diversity of the menu and the enjoyment of its offerings, it’s a premium burger place that still beats Five Guys in pricing.
I’m always greeted by friendly staff and the facility seems clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. This is my official go-to burger restaurant and I strongly recommend it to others.

Wasn’t bad. The burger portion was big and the flavors were there. My wife got the chicken and she liked it. She did not complain and that is all I need. My kid was dancing to the music I ended up taking a video of that instead of pics of the food. The reviews here seem to mirror what the food looked like. Very crispy. Its not going to be seasoned like Louisiana or anything, it will not appeal to any creole but if you like things mild this is for you. Personally i like to taste the meat more than the spices. I’ll try one of the bougie drinks next time I feel like blowing 5 guys money by the burger spot next to Yoders. Place was empty when I went on a Tuesday during lunchtime hours. If you can find parking then you are blessed.

The layout here is beautiful. I got 2 farm house burgers one as a meal( fries+drink) the other just the sandwich. I’ve been to the other nash & smashed and they both have poor customer service. The workers here just looked confused. I received 2 burgers with fries and a drink. Only one was supposed to be a meal also got sauce on one of them when I asked for none. I spent $27 I don’t think that’s reasonable because it wasn’t even for 2 meals just one very overpriced. The burgers here weren’t all that special just a bit bland. I love the location and design of this restaurant however.

The food was 10/10. Everything was great. I’ve been returning, and every time the food is absolutely fire! From their juicy, delicious smash burgers, to the crispy perfectly seasoned chicken, everything is great. And their waffle fries, perfectly crisp, salty, tasty, best thing by far. Matched with their signature sauce or garlic parm sauce, always hits. I’ve been to the Nash and Smashed multiple times and I’ve never not had the craving, or got tired of it. Their food is definitely a 100% hit, but the restaurant environment is just as good or not better! The customer service is always on point and the restaurant design and decorations just add a touch that makes it even better. They have outdoor seating too. I’ve been to other Nash and Smashed locations too, but this location is the best in my opinion. But guys go try their amazing smash burgers and milkshakes. This place never disappoints!

Have had 3 experiences with them: first was on 9/13 for a takeout order. Understood that it is a very busy day and the wait times were rather long, but we enjoyed the food!!
10/3 gave it another shot and still had some long wait times but the fries were ice cold. Pretty much as if they cooked the fries, and waited 25-30 minutes before the burger finished so that was dead….
11/20 gave it another shot and ordered through their website. Good ordering experience but didn’t realize that the prices were much higher as it was through DoorDash. Here’s the kicker… got the food home and was missing fries altogether. Called the restaurant and they offered the refund. I accepted because by the time I got back to work, I wouldn’t have enough time to turn around and pick up half the order. Today is 12/1 and I do not see the refund they offered me. Sorry! Can’t recommend.
